Since it’s secluded - it’s far from the main town / restaurants etc. The hotel food is not great. Food was the only thing that was a negative. If you don’t know how to cycle then this hotel is far from all the main attractions or main town

The venue is magnificent. Decor subtle and stylish - we loved the complimentary foot soak served with tea! The breakfasts were outstanding and the evening room turndown a lovely touch. Housekeeping was super friendly and kind. A beautiful venue, we will be back!

Service at this rustic, clean and comfortable resort was excellent especially the English-speaking staff like Liens and Ahn at the front desk. The view of the paddies and the lotus ponds from our villa and the pool was soothing. The local young ladies in the spa were top notch so do yourself a favour and have a treatment there. The attention to detail with the local flowers and 1820 Viet ruong hardwood house was a delight. F&B staff were attentive in the restaurant and by the poolside and the villa was constantly clean with very unobstrusive staff. The gardeners were a constant presence given how much foliage needed attending to and sweetly greeted us whenever they saw us. A delightful calming stay given how rural Tam Coc is and how standards across Vietnam can vary despite their claimed ratings. And I'm picky especially having just come from Capella Hanoi. Nham Village Resort is an excellent choice for this region.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and making sure everything is perfect. The service is top-notch, with great attention to detail. The food is excellent — delicious, varied, and made with care. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the hustle and reconnect with nature in comfort.

We loved our stay at the Nham Village Resort. The staff were extremely helpful and went out to their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. They organised transfers to and from the resort, welcomed us with basket of gifts (it was the Tet holiday) and even arranged for us to have Banh Xeo for breakfast on our final day after a discussion with the waiter the night before. The resort is a short distance out of Tam Coc. We especially enjoyed using the resort's well maintained bicycles to ride into the town and visit nearby sights such as the Bich Dong Pagoda as well as a boat ride from Ben Xe taking in Hang Ca, Hang Hai & Hang Ba (caves). The massages at the spa were so good we had two. For a small resort the restaurant offered an impressive variety of options and we really enjoyed our meals.

I recently stayed at Nham Village Resort and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The hotel was exceptionally clean and offered a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. One thoughtful touch that stood out was the daily chocolate left on the bed — a sweet gesture that added a personal touch to my experience. They also provide you with free bicycles in case you opt to get around with a bicycle which many people do in this area. The breakfast was plentiful, offering a great variety, and everything I tried was delicious. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful and welcoming place to stay.

Stunning location with the most beautiful tropical garden and views all around! Beautiful village style, quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The staff were wonderful too and couldn’t do enough for you! Easy bike ride to the main town and lovely scenic rides on flat ground, just stunning. We loved being just outside of the hustle and bustle in the countryside.

We feel that the restaurant could improve with some bolder flavours although heading in the right direction. We did love the Vietnamese dishes, perhaps with western options could be a little more imaginative.

If you’re concerned about the location, don’t be as it’s actually ideal and an easy bike ride or scooter into town. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to give us all their top tips and to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The bungalows were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, blending modern amenities with traditional charm. We loved waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature and enjoying the stunning views right from our room. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, scenic walking paths, and tranquil spots to relax. The food was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and reflecting the local flavors. What truly sets this resort apart is the attention to detail and the genuine care the staff provides. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and we can’t recommend this resort more highly. A truly unforgettable experience.

The property was brand new. It’s only one year old. It looks 100% like the pictures online. You can tell they have spent a lot of time and effort on their interior and exterior. Everything looked amazing! We had an amazing verandah with view of mountains and the lake - it looked like a painting. This resort is definitely worth the money. Every detail is perfect! The spa is great, bar and restaurant have heaps of drinks and food, pool is amazing (has a terrific view) and the bike rental is a great add on to explore the area. However, what really sets them apart is their customer service. The service was more than amazing. Words cannot describe it. From the moment you get greeted by their porters at the front gate to the moment you drive away. - Every day you are greeted with the warmest smiles from everyone - from reception to restaurant employees, porters to the gardeners/housekeeping. - Communication through WhatsApp was very fast and reliable. - There was cake and decoration for my partner who had his birthday. They came to our bungalow with the cake and sang happy birthday to him. It was Awesome! - Little handwritten notes everywhere. It is such a nice touch! - Not just once, but two times a day do housekeeping come! They’ll clean up and provide you a good night chocolate (and they hang up the mosquito net for you). They’re just a few of the things that sets them apart from the rest. You need to book a stay here and experience it yourselves. They go far and beyond to make your stay memorable. 6 out of 5 stars! Every employee deserves a raise! If want to relax and experience tranquillity and serenity, this is the place to be!
