lovely location and great staff! We rented a scooter to get around and it was great fun. Comfy bed!

Unfortunately the last night of our stay was ruined by a very loud private event at the hotel which we hadn’t been warned about in advance. The music was ridiculously loud and the karaoke singing was also very loud (and bad). Management should reconsider hosting private events whilst paying guests are at the hotel because it really disturbed our peace and annoyed us. We weren’t even warned in advance and it felt like we were in a low cost hostel or something with the loud music. Not good.

The hotel grounds are very lovely with beautiful gardens and a nice pool. The location is close to town (can use hotel bicycles) but removed enough to feel tranquil and peaceful.

The bathroom doors don't give much privacy, they are sliding door made of frosted glass. They are also noisy when they open and close so you can hear the doors opening and closing in the rooms above or below.

What an incredible spot. It's gorgeous, with a view of the mountains and a spectacular pool. The food was absolutely delicious. They were helpful with everything that we needed, including finding us cabs and drivers. And they do laundry by the kilo rather than by the piece, which is extremely helpful when it's as hot and humid as it was. Oh, and the free bikes were SO useful! I can't recommend this one enough.

These are minor details, but it's a little bit out of the way and hard to find. I'd strongly recommend bringing a headlamp if you're going to use the bicycles in the evening since it's VERY dark coming back and they did not have lights available when we were there.

We loved staying at Lalita hotel . It is the very nicest hotel we have stayed in Vietnam and we were sorry to only stay three nights. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by everything. The gardens are beautiful, the 20m long pool was gorgeous- the perfect place to relax with a drink after a day of sightseeing and the rooms were amazing - spacious, spotlessly clean, luxurious and beautifully decorated. The staff were terrific - nothing was too much trouble and they were full of helpful information and suggestions. The free bikes were great for close by exploring and there were reliable motorbikes available for rent at excellent prices. Absolutely perfect.

The staff is amazing. They treated is like 5 star guests and are so kind and friendly. The views are stunning from the pool and our upper floor room. The room is beautiful, modern and super clean. It was one of my teenage daughter’s favorite rooms she has ever stayed in-and she’s traveled a lot! We loved using the free bikes to cycle into town (10 minutes) and to Thai Vi Temple (25 minutes). Also a quick walk to Bich Dong Temple -you can time it to miss the tourists. A few restaurants and mini marts near here-10 min walk or 3 minutes cycling. We ate all meals onsite and they were great. Stay here! You will love it!!!

We loved staying at Lalita Tam Coc Resort and Spa! What a beautiful and well-maintained resort. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and perfect. Moreover, at a very affordable price. There is a sit-out area in every room. This resort is amazing and so close to nature. Great value for money. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The resort has a very nice swimming pool with so much natural greenery and beauty all around. All the staff members were kind, warm, and friendly. The female at the reception and Mr. Trung were so helpful, friendly, and kind. They allowed us early check-in and late check-out for no extra cost. The location of the resort is good too about 3 km from Tam Coc centre. The resort offers bikes and motorbikes at a very nominal price. I totally recommend staying at this resort if you wish to explore the natural beauty of Tam Coc and Nin Binh.

The restaurant is not great, especially the room that is impersonal There are small details that could be changed to bring the hotel to a 10/10 : fake grass on the entrance (whereas the garden around the rooms is beautiful), no mattress for the sun beds, the veilings in the room are not dense enough to maintain some privacy, restaurant and breakfast

Great location, the property surrounded by the hills was just beautiful. They had free bicycles available for the guests. The staff was responsive and always available to assist. Definitely good value for money.

I understand that given the surroundings and weather this might be a challenge but would be nice if something could be done about the insects. The language barrier created some communication issues at times, (but that is expected when one is travelling). The food could have been better.

It is a 10/10: Cosy, peaceful and luxurious. the place is located remote from everywhere, and I felt lost in time and space: pure relaxation time. additionally, the staff was always available and helpful. The staff really has an attention to each details, amazing!

Well, the place is new so I cannot complain. At first sight, it was a bit difficult to find this newly created place, because there is technically no asphalt to reach the place. the taxi did not want to engage in the 50 meters driveway, but after a small chat with the funny bellboy, I couldn't care less about this futile detail.

Very nice location, really quite and serene between the mountains. In the morning very relaxing with only nature sounds. Beautiful garden and nice spacious rooms.

Well not much actually... But as a suggestion, now there was only one "nice" chair, in a double room, so perhaps there should be two "nice" chairs... So 2 people can sit, now one should sit on the bed... Haha, not. A big deal though, just a minor suggestion.
