Right in the middle of the nature reserve. Free bikes to use and lots of golf carts to take us around. The boats were fun and the gardens were beautiful. Quite nature. Food and drink was good value/cheep. 2 nights is a good stay.
Breakfast was OK but not very exciting. Sunset rooms were noisy, thin walls and Vietnamese tourists groups shouting. Pay for a more expensive room in the Sunrise building. Be prepared for Vietnamese tourists wanting to take photos with you if you are wester and blond!

Location was great with all surroundings and inclusions
The rainshower is an issue if you're 1.85m in length, because the top of the shower is at eye height so to speak. You've to get on your knees to shower. Furthermore you can hear the neighbour's talk very well. Ppl were loud, but well...

Helpful staff, serene location. the reception staff Ms Huyen Moon was extremely helpful and friendly, we are very happy to have her support during our stay. our suite room was excellent, big, comfortable and conveniently located within the resort. the boat rides to the bird park and cave was great.
some caves were not accessible, it was a disappointment. while the bicycles are basic and sufficient, they could have been better maintained

Good breakfast, room was well equipped with good essentials. Staff was very helpful. we enjoyed Birds park and Mermaid Cave for free.
Pool area was under construction and room was a bit tired.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I am greatly impressed by the hospitality and humility of the staff. The staff are extremely helpful and they will do all they can to help you. Excellent service and maintenance of the resort. I strongly recommend this resort without any doubt or hesitation.
