I booked Sila for the pool, the room with a small kitchen, proximity to the airport & some local restaurants I wanted to try. I heard they had comfortable beds and I am a gardener so I struggle in a soft bed. The bed was absolutely fantastic!! The place was very clean, all the staff were great.

The only thing I would suggest is that staff learn more about food intolerance - as I have coeliac disease I did ask if they could do gluten free for breakfast, I was assured yes but actually the food like sausages, bacon was served on a piece of white bread. This makes it unsafe for me to eat as I have coeliac disease. The start said to just eat the top ones but I avoided those. The fruits and omelette were great though.

The amenities, location and staff were all excellent. I will highly recommend staying here - and will most possibly return and stay again! I love this place!

My only complaint is that I did not look to stay longer than the 2 nights I booked. I will most definitely return to Ho Chi Minh City one day soon!

Great location, easy facilities to access and the staff were unbelievably accomodating. Their English was absolutely superstar.

We booked for 1 week stay through booking.com it stated it included breakfast when we stayed, when we arrived staff advised we were only included breakfast for two days only and all else would have to be paid out of pocket. This should be stated clearer before booking.

The signature suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was excellent value, very spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful with advice, tours and transport.

Although the breakfast was good value, on some days there was not much left and when there were a lot of people there the service was slow. Also the map that the hotel provider had the hotel on the incorrect side of the road, leading to frustration and wasted time trying to find our way around.

We stayed in this hotel 3 times during our visit to Vietnam. It is a super hotel. Wonderful, large ,immaculate bedrooms. We loved the gym and pool facilities too . Air conditioning very efficient. Such comfortable beds. Also excellent location. Super locals bar and a Pasture Bar right next door. Service at reception excellent. 5* hotel but not 5* price. We will be back ! Jane

Our room was quite large, clean and comfortable. The shower was great. Docore was nice. The pool was awesome!

My only very minor complaint would be street noise through the patio door. It didn't bother us, but if you need quiet it will not be the place for you. It was all good. I would suggest a water bottle refill station into the lobby.

The room was huge- we had a suite with a living area and a massive bathroom with lovely walk in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent- a great bar/ restaurant next door and a few steps from other restaurants, coffee shops etc... 15 minute walk into much busier areas. We used the pool area which was a little oasis.

Absolutely loved this hotel - modern, great area (away from the hub of the touristy area) with things to do on your doorstep. I would definitely recommend Sila, and if I ever return to Vietnam I'll stay here again.

Excellent facility and friendly staff. This is our second stay in the hotel and we enjoyed it so much. Will stay again.

Everything clean and modern. Staff very friendly and always trying to find a way to help.

Its a bedroom with no soul, no decoration. Just a place to sleep. Windows are not sound proof so you'll hear everything from the outside. I was at the 14 floor and had a rooftop bar two blocks away and I could hear everything at night.
