improvements of the bathroom needed. Badly stained, mouldy, wobbly door and toilet. Needs refurbishing asap

The beach and pool are were very relaxing. The size of our room (executive suite) was great, very spacious.

Our executive suite room was very run down, the furniture was quite tarnished and the bathroom needed a refresh. Out of the 3 balcony’s we had, there was no outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The boat across to the mainland was only once per 2 hours, this would be better if it was 1 per hour. There is a lack of amenities on the island and you are encouraged not to bring your own snacks or drinks to the island, but there is no shop.

Compared to the breakfast, the all day food menu was slightly limited. Hot water didn’t work for most of our stay. The villas come with a pool, however it is shared with anyone else staying in the villa so not private unless you book the whole villa.

The free ferry service to the mainland is great and useful. The room was lovely and we'd recommend spending a tiny bit more to get the Executive Suite Seaview with a pool. The room was the highlight, as was the main swimming pool.

The restaurant and bar was not 5*, the service took quite a long time sometimes for food and drink. If you're expecting a Western 5* resort then this isn't it. No drinks are made at the swim up bar, the staff go to the main restaurant to collect your drink which makes it take a long time. The beach was sadly very dirty and had lots of rubbish so we didn't swim much in the sea.

great location, beautiful beach, pool, garden. the best breakfast we had in Vietnam. if you want to take a break from busy Vietnam, this is the right choice. but still a short boat ride ( 10 min) from Nha trang. people who take care of the garden, and clening room, are still smailing, and saying Hi!

the staff at the reception is terrible. They don't know the basics of English, which is quite important, because every time you want to go to the mainland, you need to reserve a place on the boat. the first day, we got wrong keys, then they told to us that we had the wrong room, then again that we had just the wrong keys. Don't expect any apology, and what's most important, don't expect even smile from them. we met a lot of people in Vietnam who didn't know English, but thanks to their willingness we always somehow understand each other. at this hotel they pretend they understend your request, but they dont! for example, they sent a driver for you, but he never came :/ no professionalism, no smile!! They are really not nice!

I recently visited your island in Vietnam and was extremely impressed. The Resort is wonderful even fantastic. The employees are very kind, always smiling, and work efficiently like bees in a hive. The Vietnamese people are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The country is beautiful and remarkably clean and green. I highly praise this experience. The swimming pool has beautiful surrounding landscapes of mountains and sea, the water is warm, pleasant and very comfortable to swim. In addition, there are many trees around the pool such as coconut palms and porcelain flower, so the pool get enough sunny and is not dazzling. The clean and long beach is very comfortable and pleasant when walking barefoot on the beach in the early morning to watch the sunrise. The quiet beach is very beautiful, clear. There are many flocks of fish, they swim leisurely a long the sea. That is really eye-catching view.

The sea has artificial waves every time there is a canoe picking up passengers at the wharf, that makes me uncomfortable, but luckily, only every 2 hours there is a boat arriving at the wharf and leaving. There are jellyfish, so sometimes it itches while swimming, that makes me discomfort too. There is an unknown water discharge pipe from inside the resort to the beach at the end of the resort, that makes me confuse something about quality of sea water where I swimed.

Absolutely beautiful big resort on its own little island. Couldn’t fault the resort, gorgeous private pool and sea view with our suite we stayed in, the main pool was massive and gorgeous and the beach was stunning. Pure white sand and crystal clear waters.

Although the staff were friendly and helpful, it was sometimes difficult trying to communicate as not many spoke English. This said they were all still very attentive and tried their best with assisting.

The island of Hon Tam is beautiful and the resort managed not to make anything invasive for the landscape. Which we really appreciated. Everyone is very nice and they speak good English. The city of Nha Trang is very near by boat and the resort has many boats going there and back everyday, so we could go for dinner a couple of times. The mud bath site is near and very nice. The bungalow we reserved was amazing.

I think they should forbid the fast boats to drive so near to the beach. Sometimes there are so many produced waves that it is not possible to swim. The beach is a dream but reducing the traffic would be better.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning beachfront setting and the perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty. The resort offers elegantly designed accommodations, exceptional service, and great value for money. I enjoyed every minute spent relaxing on the beautiful beach and exploring the local culture. My experience was so memorable that I already wish I could return. I highly recommend Hon Tam Resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway.
