The room we had was amazing as so big, fabulous views and a small shared pool with the 3 other apartments in the villa. Free ferry to and from the mainland. Spotlessly clean beach and gardens. Very large swimming pool. Good choice of food at breakfast.

A small table and chairs on the patio to sit at would be good. Birds flying around the restaurant. Lack of a small bar / beach bar for evening. Everything was centered around the hotel restaurant and no comfortable seating to sit and relax with a drink to enjoy the views. No on site shop to purchase drinks, snacks etc. Limited choice on the menu in the evening for vegetarian food. We took the ferry back over to the mainland one evening and including taxis, it was cheaper than eating in the resort restaurant. Mini bar not restocked, and poorly stocked.

The resort was a little slice of paradise - tucked away on a quiet island away from the hustle and bustle of the cities we had come from. I was concerned when booking that we would find the price of eating and drinking on the island to be very expensive as can often be the case when they are your only option, however the prices were more than reasonable for delicious food and plentiful drinks. The pool was well maintained and the beach very quiet and beautiful. We participated in a number of water sports and I found the staff and the centre to be incredibly safety conscious and competent, so much so I let my 10 year old go parasailing and felt she was very safe the whole time. Again the prices were very reasonable. My daughter arrived having picked up a poorly tummy in Saigon and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful getting her medicine (free of charge) and checking in on her several times during our stay

The room was a little dated and dirty on arrival. The staff in the restaurant seemed heavily weighted to trainees and the service was often slow and a bit clunky.

Our experience was exceptional, with an incredibly friendly and professional team, all welcoming us with smiles. The view from our room was stunning, complemented by a pristine swimming pool. Importantly, the breakfast and food were delicious, and the arrangements for our journey from the mainland to the island were flawlessly executed.

The beach was equally beautiful; however, we encountered an issue on our first day. Although a sign noted the presence of rocks on the right side and advised swimming in designated areas, my wife unfortunately stepped on a sea urchin just a few steps into the water, leaving several spines embedded in her leg. It would be beneficial for them to provide more detailed warnings regarding potential hazards beyond just the rocks. Despite this incident, everything else was perfect. The team truly excelled, making our stay memorable.

I was very glad that I decided to stay in Hon Tam Resort. The beautiful resort with good facilities. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of choices. The beach is lovely. The spa and massage were on a very professional level. Hom Tam Resort is a very relaxing and calm resort for people who want to avoid crowded places and noise. I would recommend people who decide to visit Nha Trang to stay in Hon Tam. It's easy to go to the city. The boats are free, and the boat schedules are good enough to manage the trip to the city.

The beach and pool are were very relaxing. The size of our room (executive suite) was great, very spacious.

Our executive suite room was very run down, the furniture was quite tarnished and the bathroom needed a refresh. Out of the 3 balcony’s we had, there was no outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The boat across to the mainland was only once per 2 hours, this would be better if it was 1 per hour. There is a lack of amenities on the island and you are encouraged not to bring your own snacks or drinks to the island, but there is no shop.

Compared to the breakfast, the all day food menu was slightly limited. Hot water didn’t work for most of our stay. The villas come with a pool, however it is shared with anyone else staying in the villa so not private unless you book the whole villa.

I recently visited your island in Vietnam and was extremely impressed. The Resort is wonderful even fantastic. The employees are very kind, always smiling, and work efficiently like bees in a hive. The Vietnamese people are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The country is beautiful and remarkably clean and green. I highly praise this experience. The free ferry service to the mainland is great and useful. The room was lovely and we'd recommend spending a tiny bit more to get the Executive Suite Seaview with a pool. The room was the highlight, as was the main swimming pool.

The restaurant and bar was not 5*, the service took quite a long time sometimes for food and drink. If you're expecting a Western 5* resort then this isn't it. No drinks are made at the swim up bar, the staff go to the main restaurant to collect your drink which makes it take a long time. The beach was sadly very dirty and had lots of rubbish so we didn't swim much in the sea.

great location, beautiful beach, pool, garden. the best breakfast we had in Vietnam. if you want to take a break from busy Vietnam, this is the right choice. but still a short boat ride ( 10 min) from Nha trang. people who take care of the garden, and clening room, are still smailing, and saying Hi!

the staff at the reception is terrible. They don't know the basics of English, which is quite important, because every time you want to go to the mainland, you need to reserve a place on the boat. the first day, we got wrong keys, then they told to us that we had the wrong room, then again that we had just the wrong keys. Don't expect any apology, and what's most important, don't expect even smile from them. we met a lot of people in Vietnam who didn't know English, but thanks to their willingness we always somehow understand each other. at this hotel they pretend they understend your request, but they dont! for example, they sent a driver for you, but he never came :/ no professionalism, no smile!! They are really not nice!
