Too many mosquitos from the pool at the back of the room

The welcome on the mainland is very well organized, and the lobby is stunning. You can get there either by cable car or speedboat – both excellent options. The cable car offers a breathtaking view of the complex, a truly enchanting bubble outside of time. We booked a room with a private pool – beautifully designed, perfectly tempered, and fully equipped. The hotel shuttle cart service is very convenient for reaching the port, where you can enjoy various shops and restaurants at the park entrance. The breakfast was excellent, the pools were gorgeous, and the sandy beach was a peaceful haven. A big thank you to the entire staff , especially to Loc, for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel!

The only minor drawback was the gym, which was not sufficiently air-conditioned, making it challenging to work out during the day.

This is a real luxury hotel. The pick up from the airport was exceptionally good - very attentive and what you would expect. I think the check in process was a bit daunting - you have to register on the mainland and then get to the resort, we went by cable car and found it a bit hard to follow the instructions. But once we arrived at the luxury resort (there are numerous resorts in the same island) it all came good - very well appointed villa, fantastic private beach, lots of courteous efficient staff, luxury fixtures and fittings, lots of loungers and reasonable prices for food and drink.

I would recommend that people who book the luxury resort are advised to take the speed boats to the island rather than the cable car because the transfer is much easier.

The location was fantastic, with the hotel's own shuttles, the cable car or the boat you are on the mainland in no time. You can reach the harbor, where there are numerous restaurants and stores, by shuttle and then by escalator in 5 minutes. Vin wonder can be reached in 2 minutes by shuttle. The breakfast is excellent. A large selection for every taste. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. Even with the smallest problem we were helped immediately. Jun in particular, our personal guest advisor, was always there for us, even when he wasn't on duty he responded promptly to our questions via whatsapp. But the ladies at reception also helped us in all matters. The terrace with private pool, which is also covered, is very nice in the hotel. That was a big plus on the few rainy days. The room is very large and comfortable. There are hardly any people at the public pools and the beach. We thought that was great, it was very quiet and relaxing. We can definitely recommend this hotel

The price-performance ratio in the restaurant is not justified. It is very expensive compared to the restaurants at the harbor or on the mainland. 3 small things that we have already mentioned at the hotel: 1. there are no small tables by the sun loungers 2. there are no showers at the pools. These are only on the beach 3. it would be nice if the upper small pool was designated as a quiet pool with a sign and the lower large pool, where there is also a lot of swimming equipment for children, as an activity pool

I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The breakfast was absolutely divine - a delicious spread. The grounds were immaculately maintained, with beautifully manicured gardens and a tranquil atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. And let's not forget the beach - it was spacious and unspoiled, with crystal-clear waters that lapped gently against the shore. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. Overall, I had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

I'd recommend adding more buggies to reduce the wait time for transfers, and also consider installing heated pool water as it would be a plus. Water in the pool is cold.

The resort is small and boutique, but from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty,and the staff couldn't do enough for us. We were greeted at the entrance and given a nice cold welcome drink before being shown to our luxurious villa. We were blown away with the sheer luxury and overall cleanliness..there was a control panel to operate the curtains and lighting, and we had our own pool in the garden. Every thought had been put into making our holiday stand out as one of the best ever ! The beach area,although very near to Vinpearl harbour,was beautifully kept,and we could relax on a sumptuous day bed with curtains around it. The Wave bar served a variety of drinks and mocktails, being situated on a wooden pier with circular seating affording superb views of the harbour where we could watch the evening fireworks. One of the managers, a man called Dung, was particularly helpful with his advice and knowledge of the island,which made our stay even more special. We will definitely be coming back !

One word - henry Two words - spa & food.

Beautiful huge property with amazing staff. Steve, Henry and Danny were all incredibly helpful and kind. We got a room upgrade for our honeymoon and for my partner’s birthday and they left us a cake as well. Enormous communal pool as well as a lovely private pool. Multitudes of free water and a fair price for the stay, especially as it included entry to the VinWonders park as well as commutes there and back.

Our shower seemed to lack hot water and the private pool possibly had too many chemicals in it. Would have loved to see a happy hour advertised but all in all was an awesome stay.

Unreal! We had the most magical and wonderful stay here. The pool is enormous and the facilities are great. The room is luxurious and the staff are friendly and welcoming, polite and lovely. They really made our stay, so a big thank you to all the people who helped at breakfast, drove the buggies, organised our trips!! Amazing! Recommend so highly and would love to come back!

Everything was fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful and offered many options. The room was spacious and offered it's own pool.

The resort itself is huge so getting around can be challenging especially in the heat however they have buggy cars that will come and pick you up upon request.
