We loved the kids club and the facilities. There were great swimming pools and lots of activities to keep our 4 year old entertained. The food at breakfast was also delicious.

The beach was beautiful but unfortunately people leave rubbish around and it gets into the sand and water. I didn’t like that we couldn’t bring food into the island especially with a young child as they need plenty of snacks/food. If this is the rule, it would be convenient to have a small mini mart at the hotel.

This is an amazing island, accessible by boat or cable car - both free of charge to guests. Great hotel and facilities and amazing beachfront. Room is slightly outdated (loose bathroom tiles) but it didn't matter to us. Great breakfast selection!

The resort has jetskiing and other water sports that are run from independent providers. It's a shame that the peace and tranquillity of this amazing island is disturbed by the noise - myself being one of those who hired a jetskii. The water sports should be kept, however they should put some distance between the beach and the ride, e.g. 1 or 2 niles away from the shore like many European countries have adopted. Staff, although very polite, weren't as friendly as in other places we stayed. But then again, 95% of the clientele on the island (from a certain nationally notorious for lack of manners) aren't known for being polite, so staff have simply given up and i don't blame them.

Villa with private pool was amazing, so spacious and clean. Great for relaxing.

Check in was a little weird, when we finally got to the resort, there wasn't any info provided. Buffet brekky was good but other resort options not the best, better to go into harbour Town. Also there's a full kitchen but for display purposes only. Wasn't even a microwave in the room to heat up any food. Also we wanted to play pickle ball but for some reason this activity was 350k dong each. Would have thought some of the activities should have been included in resort fee.

It was the best decision to choose this hotel with park entrance.starting from the cable station back to the harbour everything was perfect.no lines,vip service, multiple entrance to the park, transfer back and forth, no rush.hotel even allows to stay in the park next day after checkout, luggage drop off, free cable and boat ride, private beach, huge swim pool, super comfy bed, no words can describe how much we appreciated this experience. The most important is that the price of the hotel with breakfast and park entrance was the same price as a separate ticket to the park.by the way breakfast was stunning same as the staff🥰

resort itself was good - clean, comfortable, rooms were adequate size etc. the facilities were good also - like the pool and the beach. exercise room was very good. and the food was overall excellent.

i didn't realize what i was getting into when i booked the resort - make no mistake - this is a smaller version of disneyland in vietnam. the theme park is the main attraction and it was fun for 1 day but I wouldn't go back after that. once you are on the resort island, you are essentially trapped there for all food and fun stuff. the "harbor" where you have lots of restaurants and shops is essentially like a fake town that's been frontloaded with shops, stores, etc. its completely inorganic. But its convenient and fun. just know what you are getting into before you go!

Amazing resort, we booked a villa with private pool / beach access. First impressions were being blown away at the property size. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The Staff and grounds people do a great job of keeping everything running. Access to Vin Wonders was great, The included breakfast at the Orchard restaurant was nice also, most tourists were week behaved however there are always a few that don't understand what a line is :-) Overall the accommodation was great and when on a long holiday this was perfect in the middle order as it was a great way to reset in a resort setting.

Ok so some people may disagree with me however as the resort is large you rely heavily on golf buggies / tuk tuk carts to move around. When staying in the villas you need to catch two different carts just to get back to Vin Wonders of the cable car, it's quite ridiculous and inefficient. Sometimes you can spend 20 mins just waiting for transport and as this is usually the start /end of your day, it can kind of sour it a little. This system needs to be improved so if you are staying in a villa you can simply get one car all the way to Vin Wonders, it would make moving around the resort much more efficient and considering you pay $1000 AU per night for the villa it should be looked at.

As resort hotels go, this is one of the best resorts we ever been in. the number of employees per guest is so high, you just need to lift your had and couple of staff members will ask what they can help you with. Rooms are vary spacious, well designed and with a balcony to the pool and beach

It's hard to "complain" about something that is up front, but you must understand - Vinpearl has it's own ferry access to all the island hotels and Vinwonders (Theme park), the ferry service is 24/7 each half hour with a shuttle from the hotels to the ferry etc. It makes little difference if you plan to be most of your time in the resort facilities, but if you plan to visit the city a lot, it can get complicated.

It’s a great place for family , the water sports at the beach is very convenient. The buffet was very good, room service was also really good 👍🏻 my kids loved our villa they can swim anytime they want . The service and staff very good!!! If you want to go to the alpine coast I suggest you go when they just open to avoid the very long wait.

There’s too many stops to get to one place and a lot of waiting around for the buggy, In order to get to our villa we had to take 3 buggies. The swimming pool in the villa is quite dirty the chlorine smell is very strong it’s like they don’t change the water very often.

I stayed here four nights with my husband and my parents (we checked-in on 21.03.23 and checked-our on 25.03.23). My parents are 86 and 80 years old. We stayed in 2 Deluxe Queen Ocean View rooms. First of all I would like to thank from my heart to All Staff of Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang. They were always so helpful, friendly and caring, especially to my parents. They made our family holiday more wonderful and unforgettable! My parents, my husband (German) and I were so happy and satisfied staying there. Secondly is that, the resort has all what we needed: we had fantastic ocean view from our balconies, the rooms were also super! The pools and beach were also perfect! Only thing is that, the resort has no 2 room-villas for 4-persons family like us. Villas there are too big and not necessary for us. Therefore, we booked 2 rooms. The disadvantage of this is that, it is not so convenient for old guests to go out themselves with the elevator. I was worried when my parents went out the first time without us, because they were not getting used to elevator ☺️. But they managed it. And at the lobby they always had someone to support them. The resort is also just few minutes away from Vinwonders and offers free speed-boat each 30mins. Only if you want to go to the city center, you need to take taxi (but the receptionist will oder taxi for guests). (P/S no one from Staffs told us to rate the Resort with max point but I am doing that because they deserve it ❤️).

We had an amazing time at Vinpearl, and wish we had stayed longer! The staff went above and beyond for us, including assisting us to arrange an early airport transfer even providing breakfast boxes for us. Huey who was working at the lobby door was delightful to speak with, and provided us with great advice about the resort, Vinwonders as well as a brief history on Nha Trang. He was welcoming and a great representation for the resort. The breakfast buffet and room service was delicious!

The resort was overall fantastic, however we wish the pool was open a little bit later to enjoy it for longer!
