Location and view from ocean villa is amazing. Cleaning service is too fast, all staff is polite, and food is delicious. Speacial thanks to Windy restaurant for delicious Uzbek food.

The staff at poolside cafe is too slow with a mess in orders and payments. We waited for a cold drink for 15-20 minutes though everything was at hand. Please be prepared that guests are not allowed to postpay for food at restaurants, so you need cash or visa while resting at the pool. After the payment, you are also "somehow" asked for a room number, signature on cheque and still may be asked to re-pay the same closed bills at the lobby, though you were not allowed to postpay :)) This policy remains awkward for a 5-star hotel.

You get a huge wow factor when you enter the huge and impressive entrance lobby. The hotel is absolutely massive, but there is so much space you never feel cramped or overwhelmed by the number of guests. The rooms felt luxurious and grand,and we had the most amazing ocean views across the huge pool area. The restaurant food could not be faulted in any way,with so many different fresh and delicious dishes to choose from.There is always an abundance of local tropical fruit and salad ( we are both vegan) and we couldn't fault the selection of plant-based dishes on offer. The staff are polite and courteous and couldn't do enough for us.We truly felt like valued guests.

The beach area was a bit scruffy with lots of rubbishon it,,and the few sunloungers on offer were completely dilapidated. One day during our stay the staff forgot to make our room up,but they soon came up and did it after we complained at reception. The patio doors to the balcony on our room didn't fit properly, meaning we could hear the wind whistling in all night.

The staff's service was absolutely perfect, even excessively polite. at every moment from arrival at the port to relaxation on the beach, exceptional courtesy and all assistance. Taking care of guest satisfaction. An ongoing random guest satisfaction ranking. Delicious meals with an incredibly large selection of dishes and delicacies. Large, spacious rooms (we chose the deluxe option specifically). Small number of people on the beach and swimming pools, even though the number of guests during meals indicated a large number of people.

As they say, if someone wants it, they will find a hole in the whole thing :) I have the same opinion and honestly, for a 5* resort and no matter how high the price per night stay is, I found several reasons why I think this resort should be rated 4* + In a facility ranked so high in the ranking, the shower drain grate should not be clogged, there was no shower gel (we had to ask for refill twice), the rain shower in the shower and the fridge were broken. although everything was quickly removed, such things should not happen at 5*.

The place was exceptional for tranquil stay at the beach during our stay in the end of January. Responsive and friendly staffs. We stayed in 3 bedroom condo with ocean view which was very accommodating for 5 adults and meet our expectation. We enjoyed our time at the main pool of the resort. Breakfast and dinner were good for a week of stay. Aromatherapy massage was good.

It might sound strange for people going to stay in the island but there was a bit of choice in the buffet menu for a person who does not eat seafood and fish. Not sure if its only during winter time but the fruits offered in the hotel were tasteless; like orange, dragon fruit, melon and even mangoes. Exception of passion fruits and watermelons.

The staff and services are great. We love everyone we met there, especially Chef Phuc, Ms Hanh and Ms Linh at the breakfast area. We also appreciate Mr Toan and Ms Hanh at the reception and boat gate area. They helped and supported us a lot during our stay and super friendly. Food is great and the room is spacious and very clean! We will come back and stay at Marriot Nha Trang next time. Thank you!

It would be better if the changing tables are added to the public toilets and YouTube should be added to the room service.

Excellent buffet with lots of variety (Vietnamese, Western, Korean). We were upgraded to a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool--huge bedrooms, massive dining and living room, 4 bathrooms, very luxurious. The property is expansive. You have to get a buggy to go just about anywhere. Kids enjoyed going to VinWonder Amusement Park. Staff were very polite and helpful.

We opted for full-board and had to get clarity with the manager as the staff were also unclear. So it means you can have buffet breakfast and dinner at Greens and Sands restaurants, and at the Windy restaurant (Turkish food), but only from a certain menu and only certain drinks (example, free flow beer is only certain local beers). Ask staff so you don't get any surprises. Although there was a cable car service (until 10 pm) and speedboat service (24-hr) to get you to downtown, it's a bit of a nuisance being on an island with limited eating and shopping choices. That's on us though as we chose to stay here knowing it's on an island. Surprisingly, the outdoor playground at the main building is small and kind of sad, considering that this is a pretty opulent 5-star hotel.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Marriott Nha Trang (Aug 18–23) I recently enjoyed a 6-day, 5-night getaway at Marriott Nha Trang, and I must say—it was one of the most memorable vacations I’ve ever had. ✅ Check-out was a breeze—fast, efficient, and trustworthy. Even when I misplaced one of our room cards, the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. While check-in was slightly delayed (we got our room around 3 PM), it was absolutely worth the wait—the room was spotless, beautifully prepared, and smelled amazing. As they say, good things come to those who wait. 🏊‍♂️ The pool was a standout feature: spacious, impeccably clean, and surprisingly warm at all times. I couldn’t help but wonder if Marriott uses a water heating system. This detail alone sets it apart from other 5- or 6-star hotels I’ve stayed at. 🌊 The beach was clean and inviting, though I’d love to see more activities offered—perhaps paddleboarding, canoe rides, or nightly acoustic performances to elevate the beachfront vibe. 🎾 As for sports facilities, the pickleball and tennis courts were great, but adding ball machines would allow guests to practice solo. Shade structures would also be appreciated, especially during peak sun hours. And if Marriott ever adds a golf swing practice area, that would be the cherry on top. ✨ Compared to previous stays at Amania, Boma, and Vinpearl Luxury, this trip was on a whole other level. One morning, I noticed a senior manager conducting staff training in the breakfast area. I overheard a few of their comments and was genuinely impressed by their commitment to excellence. It’s clear Marriott believes in always raising the bar. 🏖️ All in all, this was the best stay I’ve had in Nha Trang—and Marriott has officially become our family’s go-to destination for future holidays.

I loved most things about the hotel: great location for a beach holiday, you feel like you are somewhere in the jungles but with the infrastructure and amenities of a city. Breakfast selection was the most diverse and tasty I ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel itself was clean, rooms convenient. We chose a garden view and it was a great call since the sun was already gone by noon and we could enjoy a shadow during our lunch nap. The pool is huge.

1. The beach was closed for renovation and no one warned about this prior to arrival, we found out only when we got there. It will be closed until April 5. Although they provide buggy service anywhere on the island it was a pity we couldn't just walk outside for the beach experience. 2. Also some of the staff seem to not understand what you are saying and give answers contradicting each other. 3. I tried room service food and it was awful. I ordered cream soup and it was basically chicken broth with gelatin.

I stayed here during 2 nights. It was fantastic and much better than I expected. Everything was good, so I tried to get the spa services. Spa services were also much more special than spa services in the town. You can enjoy the beef and seafood BBQ at breakfast. I didn't swim again at the beach in the town after swimming at the beach in this beautiful island.

The island is far from the town. But the free round trip by boat was supplied by the resort. It was amazing.

We liked the buggy service, very good and comfortable! The speed boat service is good as well. The beach is perfect, it was absolutely amazing.

We were one week and four days of them were jellyfish, so sad… Nobody told us before that it can be there at this time. There are a small amount of beach loungers, we needed to get up earlier to go to the beach because of small amount of beach loungers and a lot of people on the beach who wants them too. In the Vinpearl market there isn’t a lot of European choose of restaurants and cafes.
