Calm, very beautiful garden, spacious comfortable double room with comfy bed and pillows, very good hotel restaurant, breakfast buffet was very good, baguette could be added for European or Vietnamese guest used to having fresh baguette, many options of salad, fruits, cake and donuts, also cereals with milk multiple fresh juice options, warm buffet or warm menu to choose from (e.g. fried rice, omelette, Pho soup and more). The tours to Trang An, Cuc Phuong National Park and Van Long Nature Reserve offered by the hotel were very good. One little note: In the greater area of the Hotel and Bai Dinh Pagoda construction work is being done. We did not recognise disturbing noises and the sounds of nature (birds and frogs) in the garden are the most present and relaxing for us. The development of tourism and infrastructure is something that is not special to Ninh Binh and can be recognised in the whole country of Vietnam due to fast growth im international tourism. We would book the Hotel again.

Really lovely helpful staff! We loved the pool facilities and the room was lovely! Lots of nature around and in a beautiful spot! Restaurant was a little pricy but the food was delicious! All in all we absolutely loved our stay here! Would absolutely return!

Out only real issue was the sheer curtain that was the only thing that separated the bed from the bathroom so there was a full view of the toilet which we found a little uncomfortable! Not a complaint but the resort is a little far from the main towns but we knew this beforehand and the staff organised for us scooters which were a lot of fun and it was really easy to get to all the sites with them! We actually preferred being out a little bit!

The complex is small but very well appointed, with pool, gym, spa and nicely landscaped gardens. We selected the Family Villa as there were 6 of us, my wife, myself and our 2 eight-year-old children, plus my wife's parents. The villa was again, very well appointed and very spacious, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms lounge and dining area. Two of the bedrooms and the lounge area overlooked the countryside, whilst the third bedroom and dining area overlooked the pool. The mini fridge was well stocked and there was complimentary fruit & wine. Everything you'd expect from a 5-star hotel was in the villa, toiletries, bathrobes, towels, iron, ironing board, safe, etc., they even provided umbrellas!! The food in the restaurant was very good with quite an extensive menu choice, even for my wife who is vegetarian. As the meals are freshly made, do not expect a 5-minute turn around on your order. They also deliver to your room, which I must say we did take advantage of for one of our meals having spent the day sightseeing around the beautiful scenery. The hotel staff are really friendly and cannot do enough to ensure you enjoy your stay. Transport to the tourist attractions can be arranged through the hotel and I have to say this is something really worth considering as it made our lives an awful lot easier and hassle free. There is so much to see and do around the area, 2 nights was not enough, but hey ho, what better excuse to return again the next time we visit the area, which we all definitely intend doing.

There was nothing that I didn't dislike apart from running out of time to do everything we would have liked to do, plus I didn't manage to try out the spa.

Staff was amazing and attentive. They were always friendly, smiley and helpful. My parents were vegetarian and the restaurant offered a great selection of vegetarian dishes; they even went above and beyond to prepare something else for my parents. We also booked sightseeing tours via the property; the team was very patient and listening! The trip was amazing - a great memory with my family and I have the team to thank for!

Maybe a bit far from the city; but I chose it because it is close to Bai Dinh Temple complex, which is far from the city centre.

We liked the location of the hotel, very quiet area and nice pool, however during our stay there was construction work going on directly behind our rooms. This resulted in some noise in the morning. Staff at front desk was very friendly and breakfast was good. The rooms were large, spacious and very nice, the bathrooms were also very nice, large and clean. The laundry service was good.

In addition, the gardener had to mow the lawn in the afternoon when we were swimming with the children. We complained, but unfortunately that didn't help. It was loud for over an hour which was very disappointing. Unfortunately some breakfast items like yogurt, milk, salads were not kept refrigerated which made us a little concerned as they were left there for a long time and the air conditioning was off in the breakfast room in the morning.

The staff were amazing, very accomadating and patient. The room was beautiful and the pool was perfect, Breakfast had variety, The location while out of town was close to all the key attractions and felt really peaceful, a great place to unwind. Staff were great with supporting us to book tours and the local tour guide (Thai) was so knowledgeable and connected to the area, it really made our day.

The place is very calm and immersed in nature. Also, the staff is very kind and accommodating. The facilities are very nicely decorated.

Breakfast could benefit from some improvements. Lots of processed food and unhealthy options. I requested some vegan options and the only thing I could have were some watermelons slices and bread and marmalade.

Excellent customer service, the best we experienced in 4-week Vietnam trip. They re-opened the restaurant so we could eat a dinner on our late night arrival. Good breakfast.

This resort is the perfect location if you are visiting the nearby temple complex but far away from Ninh Binh / Tam Coc attractions, requiring a taxi. We had a garden view room, Probably wouldn't pay more for a 'river view' but these rooms/villas looked lovely.

The staff made our stay exceptional. They were super attentive and did everything to make our stay pleasant. They also offer free bicycles which you can use to cycle around. We cycled to the Bai Dinh pagoda. The fresh spring rolls we had here were the best we had on our entire Vietnam trip.

It has the usual amenities but it doesn't have the best views. If you plan to do Trang An and the Bai Dinh pagoda, this location is convenient. But be mindful that motorbike charges are double of what you'd pay in town. It also doesn't have food options outside the property like you'd find closer to Tam Coc.
