I finally get to write a review without having any pressure and I can be truly honest about this home stay. We slept so well in these clean linen sheets, the room is spacious, great air conditioning and we enjoyed the complementary breakfast you can preorder the night before— you must try the homemade pancakes with banana and their delicious mango and pineapple smoothies too! The swimming pool is perfect at the end of the day after driving around the area with one of their motorbikes you can rent from them for 150k a day. If you order the dinner it takes around 40 minutes to make and we asked for the bbq on our last night and Jasmine went to the market to buy for us fresh beef, chicken legs, squid and shrimps. We were allowed to late checkout on the last day as we had the 21:55 train to Dong Hoi and we cannot be more grateful for the amazing hospitality of Jasmine and her large family whom supports her in the daily duties running the business and cooking the food. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back to this if we ever visit Ninh Binh again. Loved MIUMIU the dog!!

I really can’t thank this property enough. I became very unwell during the first night here and the staff went above and beyond for me. Jasmine, your homestay is the best we have ever stayed in and we are so lucky to have been able to stay at your homestay. I truly with you the best success. We were blown away by your kindness. The food was incredible, they brought me fresh orange juice everyday and they even upgraded us to a better room as I was unwell. Location was phenomenal. Central to everything.

Beautiful homestay a little outside town, Jasmine and her family went out of their way to assist with planning, logistics, and explanations and made the stay very pleasant. They have otorbikes for hire and free bikes ti wander around and the area immediately outside the door is great to explore (the pagoda, the river, the small village on the way). There's a swimming pool right outside the door and they serve simple and tasty local dishes in the restaurant (and cater to vegetarians too)

Not much really. You need taxis to get to tourist's sites but I think that true anywhere in the area and Grab is available (also Jasmine helped with taxis so you'll have no problems finding one)

I stayed in one of the Deluxe Bungalows, which was perfect – it had everything I needed: a desk to work at, plenty of storage, and a super comfy bed. Jasmine and her family really make sure you’re taken care of. They offer scooter rentals, free bikes, a laundry service, and they even help with booking onward travel. You can also have dinner right at the homestay. The location is a bit off the beaten path, so if you are looking for the hustle and bustle of a tourist town, it won't be ideal. But if you prefer to be a bit away from the tourist bubble in a more local place (but still only a scooter ride away from the main sights in Ninh Binh), it's a great place. There’s a lake nearby that you can easily circle by bike or scooter – it’s especially lovely in the evening when you can enjoy the view of the illuminated pagodas. Plus, a town with restaurants and coffee shopws is about 2 kilometers away. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it has everything (and more) you need. And in terms of value for money, I don't think you can find anything better around Ninh Binh.

We have been traveling for the last 2 months across Asia and this is by far our favorite stay. Situated in the heart of trang-an province, this picturesque Homestay is located in an idyllic setting, 15 minutes from the tourist attractions, but more so a 10-minute walk to the sunset, too lake and a beautiful pagoda. This amazing family run business has been decorated to the highest standard, but still keeping the Vietnamese twist. We had the privilege of staying in room 102, which had incredible views over the pool, lots of natural light, and the comfiest bed. We were warmly greeted by Nhung (Jasmine), brother Hung (Hero) who both spoke exceptional English, as well as thier lovely mother and father. We cannot recommend this enchanting place enough and wished we spent more time here exploring - perfect for nature lovers, families and couples alike, this wonderful home stay has something for everyone! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, we also ordered the famous banana pancakes as an extra as the previous reviews recommended - and we have to agree!! We also had dinner which was a fantastic, home cooked delicious cuisine! An honesty bar was a brilliant idea and welcomed addition, as well as a pool for those warmer days! Overall, this is our most favourite stay, both for location and hospitality. A stunning area, tranquil, peaceful and calming - a welcomed escape from the city's we had ridden through on our Saigon to Hanoi Bike trip! Thank you and Chuc Mung nam moi 😊 🎊

Nothing - an absolutely perfect stay

Jasmine and her family were absolutely delightful. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The bungalow is highly recommended. The pool was beautifully clean and a welcome sight in the heat after a trip. She has made her property so pretty with fairy lights etc. Air con worked brilliantly. Flippers are provided in the room. Plenty of towels and toiletries and our laundry was returned smelling wonderful. The family food cooked by Yasmine and her Mother is highly recommended and one of the best meals we have had in Vietnam.

Completely our own fault for not checking on the map but the property is very rural. You need either your own car, or an ability to ride a motorbike, which they provide at a reasonable rate.

The most comfortable and beautiful Homestay, we highly recommend!! The family is very kind, supportive and always by your side for any needs. They rent motorbikes and offer a great swimming pool to cool off. The location of the Homestay is a bit off from the sights but absolutely worth it!! The rooms were clean, bed was super comfy and sitting on the terrace at night, listening to the sounds of the jungle was fantastic! Thank you 💚

No complains at all.

This homestay is Amazing!! Maybe the best we had in our 2 month travelling time! Jasmine and her Family are very hospital and fullfil every wish we had. The room was great! Very comfortable bed, big bathroom and enough space for the baggage. the pool is amazing and the food in the little Restaurant is very good. Everything is clean, and many WiFi routers will make you have a good connection everywhere on their property. Jasmine gave us a map with all the sights, she knows all the prices and had good recommendation what to do, what not to do and how to handel it. It is next to the Bai dinh Pagoda and not in the touristic City Center. But that is no problem because you can rent a scooter for a fair price in the homestay. You will need it for the most sights anyway. The price-performance ratio is fantastic. We spended 3 nights and would come back again at any time! Highest recommendation!!

Duplex bungalow that was quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Partitioned shower with stepped floor so no water in non-shower areas. Hot water at shower and sink with good flow. Beautiful rustic room with AC, ceiling fan, real desk where you can read/write, lots of hangars, and plenty of shelves to store items. Kettle in the room with free coffee and tea. Covered parking for motorcycles. Very friendly and helpful staff, good food, and quiet peaceful area.

The entire property exudes a dreamlike quality, with meticulously maintained facilities that blend seamlessly into the natural beauty of the location. What stood out the most, however, was Jasmine's genuine care and assistance in all matters, big and small. Whether we needed recommendations for local attractions or help with transport arrangements, she was always there to guide us with a smile. Staying here felt like finding a home away from home. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking to explore Ninh Binh and experience unparalleled hospitality.
