Our stay was amazing. We absolutely loved it! Location was great. Right beside the National Park and went for the best morning run ever followed by a wee dip in the pool. Class! Staff were all so friendly and helpful. But…The best part of it was Mark. LEGEND! Mark, a born and bred ozzy, continually bent over backwards and did everything he could for us to make our stay the best. Plus, he was also great craic (an added bonus). Thank you for everything staff at Wyndham and Mark!

Nothing. It was lovely. Although a few of the Karaoke singers could do with a singing lesson or two 😆

The location of the resort is very nice on the lake quiet and the room was comfortable (we had the bungalow) on the lake at night you will see the koi fish and catfish gathering beneath the balcony on the light spot, The staff from the reception to everyone else is very nice and helpful, Steve the guest manger was contacting me even before i arrived to the hotel and he was giving me tips and suggestions for everything around about the tourist attractions he made our stay fun he and his nice wife who was responsible on the restaurant , as well with Hana from the reception organized our transportation for our trips she was very helpful , Our stay at the hotel was in the time of the lunar new year celebrations , The hotel had a private event for the staff , Steve invited us to that event and i had the chance to see how they appreciated their staff we sat with the chairman the owner and his son and family on a same table they were humble and generous, Everything was amazing and definitely if came again to NinhBinh i will stay there, Thank you 🙏🏼

The resort is a corner of paradise overlooking the Cuc Phuong Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful parks in Vietnam. The hospitality of the staff was extraordinary: Miss Anh took care of all our logistical needs and organized our daily activities with great attention. Steven, the guest service manager, was extremely welcoming and kind, making our stay unforgettable (a true British gentleman). The resort features a small lake with beautiful trout where you can kayak, outdoor pools overlooking the lake, and a heated indoor pool with a sauna and a steam room clean and functional. The location is perfect for long walks and jogging (the full loop is almost 2 km). Lastly, there’s a shop where you can buy souvenirs and drinks at reasonable prices. The Bamboo restaurant mainly offers Vietnamese cuisine, although there are several international dishes available. In short, it’s a haven of peace and fresh air, perfect for recharging your body and spirit, especially after spending several days in the frenetic and chaotic Hanoi.

I had a wonderful experience staying in one of the beautiful rooms at Wyndham Grand Vedana Ninh Binh Resort. The room was cozy, and impressive designed, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit stronger, but it didn’t affect my overall enjoyment of the resort. Despite this, everything else was impeccable, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

The resort is quite spacious and located a bit far from the city center, making it ideal for relaxation. It is close to Cuc Phuong National Park, where activities like hiking and other adventures are available. Inside the resort, there are complimentary kayaking activities. There is also a hot mineral bath service available for an additional fee. The breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety of choices, and the resort features a large bamboo restaurant, which is a standout highlight of the property

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this stunning 5-star resort. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone treated us with so much care and respect. They were always accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work and truly wants guests to have the best experience possible. This resort isn’t just beautiful because of its surroundings; it’s the people here who make it extraordinary. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we’ll definitely be back!

Rooms are huge and offer great views of the surroundings. Staff was super helpful. Especially Ms Anh who spoke good English and ensured our stay was comfortable.

Unfortunately, the location of the resort makes it impossible to go anywhere without spending a couple of hours. So you can't step out for a coffee or a visit to a local market. There are very few vegetarian options at the restaurant. For the size of the property, there should have been more restaurants (which there are, but only for drinks). Buffet spread was good but that's about it.

Fabulous resort right next to Cuc Phuong National Park . Peaceful and surrounded by greenery, rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, I could see the mountain from my balcony, stunning at night! Lovely pool, restaurant has a tasty breakfast including Pho, and a large menu of both Western and Vietnamese lunch and dinner choices. Staff are delightful, friendly, helpful and it is so easy to arrange a driver and guide for sightseeing trips to all the locations in beautiful Ninh Binh. Absolutely would stay again, highly recommended

It's a perfect getaway spot for nature lovers, though located too remote, and everything within gets closed by 10 pm.

We arrived at the Bamboo Restaurant at 9:45 p.m., only to be told that the kitchen was closed, despite the official closing time being 10 p.m. Communication difficulties with the staff, who struggled to speak English, delayed our understanding of the situation. By the time we grasped the issue, alternative options within the resort had also closed, leaving us without dinner. The resort's remote location and strict 10 p.m. closure policy further compounded our disappointment.

I was able to fully enjoy the rest. The location was away from the downtown area, so there was inconvenience when moving around the city, but there was no shortage of life in the resort. The staff were truly kind and do their best to serve especially Mr Vuong Manager. If I have a chance to visit this place again, I will because of the impression I received from your staff. Lastly I hope all employees will be everything come out alright.
