Very big and comfy room. We enjoyed having the comfy bed, spacious bathroom, good wifi (this is very rare for Lusaka) and TV with international news channels. Restaurant food was okay

- The receptionist always seems miserable. Both times checking in doesn’t feel very welcoming. This is rare a country as friendly as Zambia. - The location wasn’t close to the centre and also not in a desirable area. When we tried ordering food, the order was rejected due to the fact that “it was too dangerous for the drivers to deliver to the area”.

I was expecting buffet for breakfast fast but nevertheless it was good despite being told to pay for drinking water Located is good jus the noise of the traffic on the highway

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a wide selection. The room was very spacious and modern with everything I needed. Great location. Within walking distance to everywhere I needed to be.. I had a fantastic time and look forward to staying again in the future. Special thanks to the General Manager who is always there to check on the hotel standards.

Staff is okay 👍. Very large room. I love the big space in the room. Confortable bed. Room was clean. Nice Roadside view from my room. Some malls are closed to the hotel. Bathroom is okay.. Breakfast was okay. Good for the value . Maybe best price at Lusaka

I can't understand what's the interest of that door from my room to another room. Close the door.

The rooms are very spacious and apparently clean

The bathroom was also spacious and clean, but i did not like the odor coming out of it. It has a tube. I prefer a shower. I think the shower it is more hygienic. The tiles are wibling a really good place, but I think they use cheap materials

The place was nice inside and food was great

There is a strange smell when u just enter Plus, outside is not pleasing, though inside is so great, clean, and nice No power backup had to stay hours without bathing due to Zesco

very spacious room, with Tv and aircon. breakfast included was good. people at the reception desk were very helpful. This is good value for money compared to the other place I stayed at in Lusaka

as it is close to a main road, it is noisy at night. but nothing that a good pair of earplugs won’t fix!

The room had enough space, good bed and beddings. The reception people also served very well.

The food from the restaurant was good however the food was taking so long to be prepared that some customers in hurry were getting out with eating their ordered food.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bedside lamps only worked if the main light is on.
