The hotel was able to immediately change to a higher floor which I requested during the booking. The breakfast has a wide spread and very good. The hotel was 2 block from Florida Pedestrian shopping street and not too far from Buquebus ferry terminal.

All the power socket outlet in the room was loose or had no power. The power adapter (loaned to us by the hotel) could not stay in place to do any proper charging of the phone and laptop.

Need more employees at the 11:00 am check out time. Long lines to check out.

Everything was great! The attention, comfort, cleanliness, the staff, the location w proximity to every neighborhood! Special mention to Luana at the Front desk and the entire team at breakfast service, always kind and attentive to the guests needs!

I stayed here previously. Breakfast is important to me -- and I do NOT mean pastries. They have a full buffet of good scrambled eggs. If you love meat, they also have bacon along with the cold cuts. Additionally, they have plenty of fresh fruit for you to choose from (kiwi slices, orange slices, pineapple slices), plus you can take an apple, banana, etc. The concierge folks are very helpful and friendly, as are the folks who work in the bar. Rooms are spacious; water pressure is excellent.

The first time I stayed here, the wi fi was a little iffy in the early morning. This time it was just fine.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. Juan Manuel was especially attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions. The breakfast was delightful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The general areas were also well maintained.

Good location for tourists looking to visit Buenos Aires . Good internet connection. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Bathroom facilities good with a proper bath. Top value for money.

Not all staff spoke English. At check out front deck told me I had to pay city tax which already paid on check in so we have to communicate with poor english

Easy to reach location near to major attractions, shopping area. Breakfast very good with ample choice of sweet and salty items (including cheese, egg, ham). Room was adequate and not noisy although on side of the street.

Was difficult to find a taxi to the airport. Wifi was weak.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location to everything. Calle Florida, Pacifico Mall and Puerto Madero are all at walking distance. The staff was also very friendly.

No smart TV or possibility to watch TV in English.

Very big and clean room, comfortable location, nice staff, good breakfast.

The pillow was too high and hard for me.
