The location, the food, and the facilities are perfect. Staff like Mohamoud Saad, Nader & Abdo made our stay exceptional.

The two Girls at the breakfast restaurant mean well, but they don't know how to treat guests. We felt we were going to a company-free breakfast. They blocked our way to the door and asked us to go somewhere else (a dark, depressing meeting room ) because the Restaurant was complete! I'm not sure why it's our problem. I thought we should be seated. Some guests go to the pool not in swimming suits but in full clothes!! The pool activities and music make no sense. They are too loud and not family—or kid-friendly!!

On the beach there are so many rocks while we go in and out so i wish they can find any solution

The staff are very pleasant, polite, sweet, and cheerful. Upon check-in, they offered us an upgrade to junior suite in a nice gesture. The hotel is extremely clean, despite they are still in transitory phase from Regal heights to Rixos trademark. The beach is unbelievable with clean white sand and crystal clear blue water with gentle waves. The breakfast was very good.

Having lunch and dinner gave us some hard time owing to the extremely exaggerated prices per person or the portions offered in the hotel-affiliated restaurant. We had to check for delivery from nearby restaurants which had relatively reasonable prices, however, not all of them were operating as the official summer season isn't up yet.

The stay was very good and comfortable all things was perfect all the staff was helpful and kind specially mohamed samir from housekeeping department and those guys who arrange events and vibes for children.

The beach is the thing which make me think lot before repeat the visit There is no enough space on the beach as there is big area covered with rocks and it is dangerous for Childs so all the guest is crowded in half of the beach which is not enough and not the perfect status

Adult hotel does not have immediate access to the beach, need to get a shuttle ride to it - this was a little frustrating.

Everything was beautiful and wonderful. The reception we got the rooms very quickly. The rooms were very clean. The food was wonderful. The sea was very special. The service was beautiful. The staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Moaz he is a great manager He helped us a lot. Islam at the reception and Jihan , Youmna in guest relations They were very professional. I want to I want to thank Raed he worked in the rooms in an amazing way without any mistake, and I do not forget to thank Islam Ali and Mohamed Al-Sayed at the infinity pool and Mohamed Baz at the beach bar They were amazing like super men.

Breakfast was always excellent. The selection of food is very good. Thee View restaurant is veery clean and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. Thank you.

There is always VERY LOUD music on the beach of the hotel. The attendant did not make any effort to stop the music or lower the volume. This is VERY bad since people could not talk or enjoy the sound of the waves from all this very loud TOK TOK music that is blaring on the beach during the entire day. We complained MANY times, but nothing was done. The management should take into consideration that such a LOUD volume of music is very disturbing to most of the hotel beach patrons since we went to the beach to enjoy the sand and the water and NOT to listen to LOUD MUSIC.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Premium Alamein and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is in a magnificent location, with all luxurious facilities you would need during your stay, but what really set them apart from other hotels in the same area is the staff, they are willing to take an extra step to make sure you are satisfied and happy, special thanks to the front office team Mr Mohamed & Menna Hagga for their help during our check in, they made sure we are left with a good first impression and Fulfill our special request in the room. Not to forget Menna from customer relations, who was checking with us regularly about our stay and if there’s anything we would need. I would go there again specifically for there outstanding staff, amazing location and delicious food (what else you would need) P.S try salt restaurant in the hotel they serve one of the best see food in sahel.

The only downside in the hotel that sometimes the staff reserve the front seats on the beach and the pool for people not even there, which for me wasn’t acceptable.
