The staff are friendly especially Mr. Amr Khaled at the reception. The room was clean. The facilities of the hotel are amazing.

Our stay at Almasa Hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were very polite and professional, and we appreciated the complimentary upgrade to suites. The hotel itself is fantastic, with excellent facilities including quality restaurants, a cozy café, and a cinema. However, we felt that the stay did not fully deliver value for money, especially given that breakfast was not included in the rate. Including breakfast would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite that, we had a pleasant time and enjoyed the hotel's amenities and welcoming atmosphere.

I believe the property was underrated. Is the best location as well as the staff? This property is very good for people looking to enjoy the summer was in Cairo because it’s look more like a result it’s not a hotel. You can enjoy a full one week inside the hotel without going out. Restaurant is really nice stuff. It’s really good hostage is perfect and management is fantastic. I have a bit of complication, but they have sort it out in no time. I’m going to add a video of a room and mini suite. They have offered me and this is was not available on Booking.com if I have got to be asked hotel about something I would say make this room available on Booking.com so people from all around the country, they can see it and have a reservation on it because it’s really really good rooms very modern very clean.

The nature about property, the green area and the future for their actual building location is in the middle of Nasr city

Absolutely nothing

My stay at Al Masa hotel was one of the best stays I have encountered. My spouse got sick and I was able to get immediate medical care. Housekeeping and room service were excellent teams. Overall, my stay was truly amazing and this place is a gem. Special thanks to Amr Khaled for accommodating us on short notice. Thanks to the whole management team for a superb experience and absolutely amazing customer service.

Everything was 10/10. 1-The room was clean and Housekeeping was cleaning the room daily and changing sheets and towels. They also provide you with shower gels, lotions and alote of things you might need. 2- the facilities are perfect. The hotel provides several restaurants and cafes. They also provide a supermarket with affordable prices. There was also a cinema and several ATMs. 3- Hotel was super clean and the garden was very clean and nice. (I stayed at almasa 2). The smell of the halls and rooms was amazing. beautiful smell. 4- staff were helpful. When I arrived, i did not like my room, so they gave another one with a better view. 5- Staff was calling from time to time to check if everything is good and if we need something. Thank you Mr.Ahmed for checking on us daily :) <3. 6-Security and safety are 10/10. The hotel is very safe and there is security everywhere. 7- I felt myself being in a palace rather than a Hotel <3. I love the experience and the ambiance of the hotel. 8- If you have a problem, call them and they would be happy to help you. They will immediately solve your problem. They do care about the guests alot. 9- Breakfast was excellent with alot of options. 10- I think it is the best hotel in Cairo :). I tried several hotels in Cairo (4-5 stars) and Almasa was the best. When I visit Cairo again, Almasa will be my choice. Thank you for the perfect 11 nights I had. Thank you Almasa for everything.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, many coffees and restaurants available, a lot of green space, every thing was perfect starting from the check in where mr Amr Khaled was very decent and upgraded my room, then the decor and the atmosphere make you as if you are realy in a palace, nice smell all the day ,delicious food especially in Morgana the seafood restaurant where the taste and the portions are exceptional, the breakfast at Aqua Marine restaurant was delicious, a lot of variety, very friendly staff especially Sama,Deena and Noor were amazing ,everyone visits Cairo should stay at this hotel.

The carpet in the room was dirty, it needs washing
