The hotel was facing a park so the view was spectacular. It was on a walking distance from the centre. The room was spacious, with huge windows and a big bathroom. The breakfast was very nice and had many options. We spenr New Year’s Eve there and we had an amazing time watching the fireworks!

A part of the bathroom has a black-coloured window which results in less privacy.

I enjoyed my stay very much - starting from the room to dinner at the restaurant. The room was very clean and tidy, bathroom was spacious and had all the toiletries and had both shower and a bathtub SPA was great - it was not very big but 2 saunas and a swimming pool were enough. Also, breakfast was also exceptional. Had rich varieties of everything. Maybe could add champagne :) Staff is very welcoming

I think the curtains were a little worn out and maybe could be replaced. Also, the TV set is very basic, I was unable to connect my USB and it surprisingly had no streaming services on it.

Very convenient location. Excellent restaurant. Very tasty food and pleasant service.

The room was very hot when we arrived. We lowered the temperature, but the room only cooled down by the middle of the night. It was impossible to sleep in such heat. But the biggest disappointment was the hotel lobby bar. We decided to sit down with a family friend and have a cocktail. The bartender came up with a very original way of making cocktails — using water and food coloring. I’ve never tried anything like that before. We ordered two types of cocktails, and both were terrible. In the end, we settled for rosé wine.

The cleanliness of all the areas was simply impeccable, and we appreciated it a lot. It is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever (!) visited. We booked a King Room and it was very spacious, and the window was huge, reaching from the floor up to the ceiling and with the panoramic view all the way to the airport. Thick blackout curtains provided sufficient darkness at night, and the room was very quiet – just like we requested when booking. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the view from the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of choices, well worth the price of €22. There were even butter waffles, and syrniki (Estonian ricotta pancakes, yummy)! The spa was a very clean, quiet & tranquil space, perfect for some afternoon relaxing. We enjoyed the 15 m pool, the jacuzzi, and the steam sauna.

There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room: although it was working, we couldn't get the temperature down, so it felt warm & stuffy all the time. Also, the bed cover was too thick. Low water pressure in the shower (we were staying on the 8th floor, so maybe that's why; water pressure at the spa on the 2nd floor was very good).

The view was fantastic, the room was specious and clean, quite modern. Definitely nice for a getaway or a nice stay in town for sightseeing. The room was quiet - didn't hear anyone. The bathroom was very spacious - didn't have time to use the bath but definitely a nice perk! All in all a very relaxing and serene stay

Some of the furniture was outdated - worn and scratched, the TV solution was somewhat lacking and difficult to use. The biggest oddity for us was the WC/Bathroom solution that had no real door - perhaps this is fine for some couples, but for us this was uncomfortable and awkward.

Great location. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, everything was fresh and tasty.

Upon arrival, the toilet in our room was visibly dirty. When we mentioned it to reception, the response was, “Sorry, we have a lot of guests right now.” I understand the staff may be busy, but cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, is not something I would expect to be overlooked at this price point.

Room had an amazing view and had plenty of space. Loved having both a shower and a bathtub. Room was promptly cleaned every day. Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly (Reemus). Breakfast was tasty. I love that the location is super central but still has a big park to walk around etc.

Restaurant staff was unorganized and forgot items multiple times. Spa was filled with kids who were yelling, splashing and cannonballing into the water. For a casino hotel one might expect more of an 'adult' vibe around the whole hotel.

This was our first trip abroad with our 8 month old baby, so we were a little bit nervous about our first hotel stay- but we didn't need to be! The hotel provided us with a comfortable crib, extra towels and the cutest little egg print sheets. The location was also ideal for walking with a stroller and a tram stop was conveniently located nearby. I have visited the Hilton before for personal trips and it is always immaculately clean, calm and well organised. Both the spa facilities and beauty salon downstairs are also worth a visit. Very nice room: big, quiet and comfortable. Excellent housekeeping. Very friendly staff. Location is not bad, old town is at walking distance (about 15 minutes). Breakfast is pretty diverse with many options on both sweet and savory sides. The Spa is also very nice and the Finnish sauna is excellent.

If I have to be picky, the TV in the room doesn't support casting so it's not possible to stream content from a smartphone for instance. No big deal, but I would have expected something more modern from such a nice hotel.

Quite a cold reception from the person at check in. The guy was great. The girl was a little frosty.
