We like the fact that our room was next to the pool area and that there was a jacuzzi available that the restaurant had excellent food. The presentation was great. The food was delicious. The drinks were also very good .The stuff was very tentative.

My room did not come with a microwave and the refrigerator was not working when we got there. Also, they didn't know very much about excursions that were going on or tours even though we were told that they could help us

The location of this hotel was superb. You could walk to the ocean there’s a ton of restaurants within walking distance. There’s a pizza restaurant downstairs and coffee. The pool was set at a perfect temperature and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in a room on the 8th floor which had a small balcony perfect to catch some fresh air and what a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool we had. I stayed with my spouse and toddler. The toilet in our room needs to be fixed the toilet runs the handle needs to be tightened our something. The gym was on the floor we stayed and the gym was nice. We worked out for about 15 minutes. There are a few visible upgrades the hotel needs but overall it’s good.

I can’t pinpoint anything in particular overall good. The bed was comfortable. I would change the brown blanket the beds are made with. Please update the something more modern, clean and crisp. I would also rip the carpet up in the rooms put in vinyl floors. The location of this hotel is perfect.

Verdanza Hotel is an inviting, three-and-a-half star property located in Isla Verde. The hotel's guest rooms are clean and smart, featuring mini fridges plus bathrooms with shower tub combos. While it's not particularly ritzy, Verdanza offers everything you would expect from a reliable, upper-middle-range hotel, including a nice pool, a handful of decent dining options, and a central location. Verdanza pays a special nod toward pet owners with its pet-friendly policy for a fee, private off-leash park, and support of a local animal rescue organization. Travelers who prefer to stay right on the beach might prefer San Juan Water Beach Club Hotel instead.

Not on the beach, most rooms lack balconies, and fee for valet and self-parking.

It was a great stay in general, the pool was great the staff were all amazing, would definitely recommend and will stay there again in the future great location and great views!!

Just a little bit noise at night but i believe thats due to the walls being thin, and the room doors not having a silencer when you shut it.

Hotel Verdanza is well designed. The views were excellent. The location made access to groceries, pharmacies and restaurants very easy. The beds were comfortable. The decor was beautiful.

They didn't have any microwaves. Stepping out of the shower onto the floor was slippery.

Convenient to food, casino, and beach.

The room had a few things wrong. Clogged sink, stain on the sheets like an iron burn or something. Sheets didn't look too clean.

The location is fabulous. Verdanza is awesome I’ve stayed here multiple times. This time around I took my family and they had an excellent time as well. The ambiance is great not too busy and accommodating for family. The hotel is right in isla verde and you have access to a ton of cool restaurants souvenir shops and the beach is near by. You can Uber taxi for less than 10 dollars to and from the airport. We also Uber taxi to piñones which was fantastic as well as Uber taxi to Viejo San Juan. We are back home but miss Puerto Rico and the friendly people ❤️🙏🏽

I love the service. They are very family friendly and the price compared to other hotels in the same area is unbeatable.

Facilities still need some love and the remodeled rooms still have some items to fix.

The pool area is wonderful and the hotel is so close to everything. Room was small, but it had everything a traveler needed. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Front desk has to be improved. It's the first person you see when you arrive. She was in a bad mood and didn't tell me anything about the hotel. I had to keep asking everyone.

Overall facilities and location was great. Very convenient to have a car rental in the lobby.

They could not get me a single bed room. Traveling pregnant was going to be way better with a single bed room. The facilities need a little TLC, and placement needs to be better for families. I was placed in a room with cannabis users right next to us. We asked for a non smoking room, however our neighbors were violating policy and no one was enforcing it. Pregnant you can imagine how annoying that was
