The hotel was very nice and modern. Large rooms and quite at night time. The drinks in the minibar is a nice touch. Friendly staff at check in

The hotel was a bit far from the centre but with Ubahn 10 minutes walking away. A lot of unused space in the room no extra pillows nor blankets. The shower door was extremely squeaky.

The staff are very kind and cooperative. I wrote them that i would like to have a quite room, and they did arrange me such a room:-) The internet in my room was very slow, so they changed the room for me immediately:-)

The internet in the rooms which are located in the corner is very slow, for example room 120. The wall and door are in black color, making the hotel look older than it is.

Staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar offered a good range of options at fair prices. Hotel was modern and comfortable.

Be aware that the bathroom is actually open plan with the bedroom. It's in the detailed description but easily missed. Fortunately there were a handful of rooms with separate bathrooms, and the lady at reception did not hesitate to offer us an alternative. The only downside thereafter was that the wifi did not work in the new room.

The hotel was first class. We liked the industrial look of the lifts etc. dining room & bar top Dollar.. cafe decking area pleasant but could do with some bright flower boxes and plants. Perhaps a coffee & tea area on the decking with a sink & tap to fill water bottles & to wash your hands. Just an idea!!

sauna and fitness, nice architecture design and gallery, clean, new. the staff are mostly from spanish speaking countries, so the service attitude is warm and well above german average.

if i have to choose something negative, maybe that the sauna opening time was not very straightforward, but if it's off and you ask, they will switch it on for you.

the staff was amazing very gentle and always helpful, we loved the breakfast and the attention in the restaurant, be bar service was also really good, and the price was good

nothing that we “didn’t like” but a bit extra attention on the cleaning because the room seemed to don’t be used for a couple days and it was a little dusty, but thats nothing that cant be immediately fix

I have ordered 3 rooms twin bed. And I got 1 room twin bed and other 2 rooms double bed. I explicitly mark twin bed on upon my booking. So I needed to buy one more room upon arrival. This doesn't look as a fair customer service at all.

The hotel has nicely decorated rooms and a varied breakfast with some original offerings. It has good connections to the city via public transport.

Hotel was nice, spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful when my German is lacking.

Parking costs were expensive, it meant my stay cost me the equivalent of an extra day just in parking costs alone.

I loved the modern layout of the room. It was spacious and the shower was in the centre inside a cube of frosted glass. The free mini-bar was stocked with delicious local organic juices. The bed was vey large and comfy.
