Parking was easy. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and well furnished. We liked the fact that we could open a window for fresh air rather than rely on air conditioning. The bathroom was clean with constant hot water. As we arrived on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was closed - it was nice to have some complimentary snacks/drinks in the room.

There was an excellent selection of items for breakfast, however I pured some orange juice which was not good as the container needed changing I think. I had fresh fruit & Yoghurt which was nice. However I chose a couple of miniature pastries after which did not seem fresh. Also my first attempt at getting coffee from one of the coffee machines did not go well- again I think either the milk or something needed changing as it tasted awful. The same selection coffee from another machine was ok. Minor issues though.

Service is great, the room is very comfortable and extremely clean, and parking is a big bonus, right outside the hotel with many bays on offer. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Would definitely stay again. Within walking distance of the Xmas markets and town centre, however, their are numerous taxis available to make the trip at an affordable rate.

We were there for one night with a kid. We had requested an extra bed, which they provided with no extra cost. So, that was nice. Clean room. Friendly staff. Easy to check in and check out. Very good breakfast. Location was ok. Short drive from restaurants. Wifi was fine.

The bread (Brötchens) were a bit hard and dry and the coffee could have been (much) better. The rest of the breakfast was very good. Parking was not free, although it was within their hotel compound.

The room was clean and spacious. In the room was a kettle, a small fridge and a coffee maker - everything a traveler needs! A large parking lot is available for 13 Euros per day! The swimming pool and relaxation area are simply great!

Hmmm.... I don't even know what to write here... It's a pity that it was only two days.

The lavatory or sink needs deep cleaning. The pool is quite deep for kids so they were not able to swim. Best depth is 1.2 meters .

Massage chair in lobby is super cool. Kids loved it!

Breakfast was not too good. Not enough croissants and line for them. Not fresh juices (not even orange) Maybe we were so unlucky but if you go on breakfast one hour before it’s done, the chances that you’ll get everything are super low

Everything was ok, people were friendly, facility was clean and nice. Food was decent, overall a good experience. Parking is 12 eur a night.

because we were late arriving the staff went a long way to help myself and my disabled son by managing to get us a late meal the girls in the kitchen/bar particularly wonderful

bath towels are a pure excuse for towels thin and tiny

The internet in the room did not work well and sometimes I had to use the cellular internet on my phone. Breakfast did not have much variety. The toilet space was very small and sitting on the toilet was annoying
