Looks just like the pictures. Great location!! Short walk from train station. We bought the 5 day bus/metro pass in Paris and it covers Versailles. Fantastic food at the hotel. Highly recommend their breakfast!! Most gorgeous street market one road over!!! Largest I’ve seen, the whole street! Gorgeous produce… actual food… Bus stop right in front… but short walk to Versailles!! Water crafts to bring up to your room. Elevator. AC. Clean. Lovely. Highly recommend!

My sister booked a room… a suit or something to share with her son and his wife. The shower wall was glass into the bedroom. It has a switch to turn on a privacy film… but you could still see a very good silhouette. Fine for a married couple… but heads up if you’re looking at that room to share with family members. ;)

The room was very nice - the sofa bed pulled out as 2 single beds which is great when travelling with 2 teenagers. The aircon was silent which so often not the case in other hotels. Even the shower bottles were printed with large writing so you could see which was shampoo without taking your glasses into the shower. The general amenities of the hotel and the location was excellent. Breakfast was fine and the free breakfast for the kids made it great.

I can't complain about anything really.

It was quiet and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the minimalism. It was great to have access to a filtered water dispenser. It is located in a nice residential area and easily walkable to the Palace and gardens. The breakfast is quite good. The staff were efficient and courteous and not overbearing. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. All good. Perhaps the curtains could be better. Strange plastic type material that had little holes where the light came in.

Within walking distance of the Palace which was the reason for our visit. Nice clean rooms...not overly spacious..but sufficient. Very kind and friendly staff....bonus was the Rituals toiletries (soap, shower gel and shampoo and a very decent hairdryer.

That the car park was not free and that all coffee in the hotel came from a vending style machine.. We ate one evening in the restaurant and although it wasn't overly expensive, the food wasn't what I would expect for France...we had overly cooked pasta and skinny overcooked fries and it was generally not great...

Nice, clean and modern hotel. It was walking distance to Versailles (around 15 mins to main train stations and area). It is quite difficult to find a nice hotel in the area so glad I found this one. - water refilling station downstairs was a great idea but would also have liked one on each floor instead of having to go down stairs each time you needed water

- paper cups in the room.for tea/coffee. I understand it is for environmental reasons but would.pefer a mug and glasses that can equally be washed in an environmental way. It felt cheap. - no milk in room for tea/coffee - no amenities - some staff were not particularly helpful

The hotel was very clean and organized, staff very helpful. The surrounding area is very peaceful with a short walk to some more lively streets, more restaurants and bars. The Palace of Versailles is a short walk away, ideal location if you're looking to branch out.

Had a slight misunderstanding regarding parking - was told in the evening I can stay right outside the building, but next morning was warned they actually can't control if I get fined "for whatever reason" in the same spot. BUT - upon my concerns, they immediately offered a spot in their underground parking even after we checked out for half a day, totally saved our plans for the visit. Since they can't guarantee a spot, you might want to opt for the nearby undergound parking to begin with.

We had an executive room with sofa bed for the children and there was ample space for us all and our suitcases. It was easy to find and parking garage underneath the hotel. We arrived very late having driven across country and we were welcomed with a smile and cheerful staff. Also worth a note that there is a water dispensing station in the reception to top your water battle up with cold water for the day.

Clean, modern and no issues at all.

The cleanliness! The welcoming receptionists the hotel facilities and location. The highlight of our stay was the diner it was exceptional quallity taste texture and served at ideal temperature ! One of the best so far I have tried in France.

For the diner to be served we waited for more than 45 min and another 15 min for deserts. The breakfast was just ok. Not impressed by the quality and variety (pancakes and waffles were ready-made) same for the croissants they were not fresh.

The location was very nice. It is close to one of the entrances to the Versailles Palace. The underground parking was spacious enough and relatively easy to access. The double extended sofa bed was good for the kids (9yo &6yo). The room was well cleaned. The hotel was in general well maintained.

The breakfast was poor with very little diversity. The breakfast was 100% the same every day, so if you stay more than one day it's very repetitive. The restaurant in general was very poor with a very small selections of meals in the menu. We tried a foccacia from the menu and it wasn't any good. Better avoid going to the hotel restaurant in general. The separate toilet from the bathroom is not the best design. There is no sink to wash yourself. The separate toilet it has a very limited space which is not ventilated. The smell after the toilet is used is something horrible. The room temperature could only be set between 19 and 23 degrees Celcius. One of the cleaning ladies kept adjust the temperature back to 19 degrees.

Friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Good base for exploring Versailles and short walk to train station for an easy journey in to central Paris - which was exactly what we wanted.

Car park very tight (underground) and no electric car charging - but there was a fast charging a few hundred yards from the hotel.
