The hotel has a good location. The tram to the city centre stops nearby. We loved the complementary spa and gym. The staff were very friendly. We were allowed to check in early due to availability. The check out time is 12 o'clock, which is great. It gave us enough time to visit The Mauritshuis gallery on the check out day. The reception staff sells day tickets for public transport at no extra cost. We booked a superior double room. The room had a good size, a balcony with a view on the park, a coffee machine and a free safety deposit box. The beds were comfortable. The TV had multi-lingual channels.

To be picky. The price of the car park was a bit steep. However, it was comparable with the prices of other hotel car parks in the city. Our room had only one bed side table for some reason. Also, there was no table on the balcony. But this was rather a minor issue, considering that we ere staying there in November.

The location of this hotel is marvelous, on a top location in The Hague, with ample public transport to the center of the beach in Scheveningen. It’s also adjacent to a large park which invites for a stroll in the evening. One of the best features of this hotel is the gym, well equipped, and there are nice sauna facilities as well. The restaurant offers a surprising menu, and a good bar completes this section. The staff is helpful and very kind, with a few exceptions but in general sympathetic. A remark is that it sometimes appears as if certain standard activities such as checking out or handling laundry are costing quite some effort which comes across a little amateurish. Another downside is the cleaning philosophy: only once every three days, and although additional cleaning can be booked for free, I believe that for a luxury hotel it should simply be daily without further ado. Concluding however; a good hotel, location good, my favorite in The Hague.

Everything was simply perfect. The location is very central so close to all the attractions, but the hotel is placed in a big park so it feels really relaxing, and I had some beautiful morning hikes. The service was exceptional, breakfast varied and tasty with great products. The hotel itself is spotless and well maintained. I received a free room upgrade, for which I am extra grateful! The room was wonderful with enormously big and comfy bed, good size and facilities, I appreciated a separate shower and bathtub, and a minibar. The highlight of course is their spa center, very clean, modern, great swimming pool, awesome outside chillout area. The gym had all the necessary equipment, and having a free personal trainer was a big plus. Thank you so much, I had a wonderful time!

They have a system where you need to book your cleaning through an app, this didn't work for me, so I just booked my cleanings through reception

Breakfast was very nice with lots of varieties, location wise there is a tram stop that leads you the city centre, the tram stop around 1 minute walking distance from the Hotel. If you prefer to travel by car the the city centre is also near. In addition to the above credit needs to be given where it belongs, Mace Den Heijer is the guy you must ask for, he is very professional, has the knowledge of the needs of the guests in detailed and he acts accordingly, he goes above and beyond in order to meet the needs of the guests, if Mace is not on duty nor available then Jasper Van Heck is your man they are both extremely professionals they are always happy to help you with your queries and requests with plenty of flexibility. They make a good team, they are a high asset for their employer.

i did like the breakfast, well prepaired, enough choice. The room was very good and i didn't expected a written welcome card. that was something unique, so thats a plus. everything was there as i expected. sooo.... well done :). Restaurant had good food, and the staff were very nice aswell. Even with explaining the menu, and they would have time to have a wee chat. I liked that.

the day i had to leave :) one tiny thing , was a wine glass with a crack in it. But apart from that, i don't moan about things. Mainly because i worked in Hospitality aswell, so i know how people can be..... Sometimes pretty awefull/messy

I appreciated that the room was equipped with slippers — a thoughtful touch that's often overlooked in many hotels, and especially helpful since I forgot to bring mine.

•The desk area had only one power outlet, which made it inconvenient to charge multiple devices. •The bottled water in the room, despite being a premium brand, had an unpleasant taste. •The restaurant menu lacked any vegan options, not even a basic salad, which was quite disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall great experience. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Presidential Suite, which set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The suite was spacious with a beautiful view and a relaxing spa bath. The facilities were good, including a well-maintained sauna. The pool area was nice, although the water could have been a bit warmer. The gym was impressive, large, and well-equipped. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and the hotel's amenities and service were commendable. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful friendly staff (shout out to Daniel, Tracey and the third guys name I won't get right: Maik maybe?), amazing spa, great location, magical masseuse and super friendly spa staff. Good check out times, love the flexible use of the spa and thank you for easy upgrade on my various stays.

Room was 30 mins late for our check-in, but we got a free beer, so thanks for that! I'll be back very soon again, thank you all :)

Great place to stay, with spacious and very well kept rooms, comfy beds - and the spa is brilliant with a pool, a variety of saunas, and more.

To be fair, the location is a bit of a drawback. It's a bit far from either the centre of the city or the beach, but has great connections to the public transport system. The restaurant is good but just good, would not write home about it.

The location is between city The Hague and beach Scheveningen. All to get there in 1o minutes with tram 1 in front of hotel. Rooms were good with my view on green Parc,coffe cups on the room, also decaf. The desk was friendly and good resolving small items, good service. Breakfast is good with many choices,cereal,eggs, different kinds of milk, salmon etc.

the television channels gave some disturbance.
