I've communicated with a receptionist, and it was my best experience. They did their best to make us feel comfortable.

For that price I see nothing bad. It's pretty cute and cozy place and we loved to stay there. The worst thing is the distance to a subway station so you will have to learn how to go there or call taxi. I went on foot :D

Hotel staff very friendly. And good working. And location is good. Franz Kafka Grave is near. I’m walking 15 minutes. Food Market is near.

I have disappointed one thing. There was no bathtub only shower.

Very friendly people and service throughout our stay. Great location outside of town. Only a bus and train away . Easy to use and gave us the flexibility to travel around old and new Prague.

Nothing,room was as described. My only advice would be: Could have tea and coffee in the room.

the hotel is very good

they charged me more money than the announced price in booking for some unknown reason. the booking price was 1180 Czech crowns with all taxes. and at the hotel they took 1330 Czech crowns

Great service delivered by Mr. Petr who works in the reception. He's a very helpful, kind and open-minded person. Great quality of room service. Nice and big apartamet with the privet bathroom. Bus stop and petrol station nearby the hotel.

There is a fridge in every room but it doesn't work (although you're free to use the one in the reception). No vegetables or fruits for the breakfast.

The Man at the reception (Peter) is the best ever!!! He is so helpful sooo Kind and so lovely!! He was always there for us, has even drawn a map for us so that we could have an idea about the transportation in Prag. Peter you are just perfect thank you!!!!!

The breakfast was very poor..no vegetables, no scrambled eggs for example, and almost everything is ready and not cooked at the hotel.

Brilliant stay. It was close to Old Town Square (10 min walk to the closest tram, from there everything was easily accessible) in a quiet area. The room was well equipped and exceptionally clean. Really great breakfast every morning with cold and warm food, coffee, tea and orange juice. The staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommended place in this breathtaking city 😊

Room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. Place was quiet and beds comfy. We could rest very well. The breakfast was good and tasty for the amount of money we paid. The location was also good, not very close to center but not very far either. Exactly how it should be to keep the place suitable for resting.

Room was a little bit old, with some small degradations in some places.
