Lovely hotel, could walk to town in an hour or so if you are fit and we were away from the hustle and bustle of the city which we liked. If not Ubers are available within minutes. Gorgeous beach and pool which was perfect for a peaceful morning swim. The staff are all incredibly friendly. Breakfast was great and room was perfect with a sea view. All round fabulous stay and would return!

As it is a big hotel you do get bus loads of people turning up so it can feel quite busy (especially at breakfast) Would be good to have some more vegan options (dairy free yoghurt/butter etc) at breakfast

The food served on the beach is not good enough and needs inprovement, also there is not enough waiters, so you have to fight for their attention. It is allowed to smoke on the beach so you will probably experience a smoker smoking on one of your neigboring chairs and the wind migt blow it towards you. Once we had a cigar smoker next to us and it was blowing towards us and when the waiter was serving us food we asked if this is ok and he said it is allowed to smoke there “why not”. Smoking is also allowed on the breakfast terrace, they will even bring you an ashtray to your table while people next to you are eating breakfast, so again if you have a smoker next to you you might smell smoke while eating.

Superb breakfast with every possible option catered for. Staff were friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Spectacular views from every terrace. Lovely swimming pool with towels provided and plenty of sunbeds. Lovely room with excellent bathroom.

Price of drinks was rather on the high side - particularly soft drinks. 4 500ml bottles of still water to have by the pool were in the region of €18!

Breakfast was very good and the beach area was perfect with no need to rush in the morning in order to get a spot. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is very convenient to reach the old town.

The hotel is lacking some maintenance. In our room the minibar wasn't cooling at all, only one elevator out of 3 was working properly during our stay. Door handles to get back from the beach were broken, forcing guests to follow a longer way back to the rooms.

It was nice location and all the facilities were good, staff were lovely and hotel had everything.

Only thing missing was a heated pool for when it was a little breezy and cold .. to still be able to have some pool time at a nice temperature, outdoor pool would probably be used more if it was heated in the colder days

Breakfast was excellent

I didn't like the way the beach was divided into 2 sections, the right hand side reserved for V level guests & the left hand side for the rest of the guests.......I had no idea that a V level was available on booking this hotel. The fact that the beach is actually a public beach & any non paying guest can come in and put their towel in either section makes dividing the beach for guests a bit of a joke....you should be able to sit wherever you choose on the beach. Numerous guests over my stay were made to feel embarrassed by being moved from their front row sunbeds in the V level section which they chose early in the morning (as it's not very obvious it's V level) to the other side of the beach which was crowded at that stage mid morning.. I think you need to look at this.

The view, the location, the indoor pool and spa area and the size/cleanliness of the room were all great. The outdoor pool area is lovely and the beach is really well maintained. It was a really lovely hotel.

There was a really awful smell on Level 1. The hotel food was expensive (in my opinion), compared to what we were paying to eat in Michelin Star restaurants in Old Town!

This hotel deserves all of its 5 stars. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with champagne we had an extraordinary experience. The staff was professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The concierge gave us great advice and staff let us store our bags on the day we checked out and then use the facilities when we returned. The room was large and very comfortable with every amenity you would expect. We had a view of the sea from our patio and all the views in the hotel were stunning. We ate the buffet each morning for breakfast and it was delicious. The dinner buffet was outstanding. The beach is pebbly so not what we are used to in America but the water is crystal clear and there are umbrellas, towels and lounge chairs. The pool was also excellent. I took advantage of a massage and it was perfect. Great price and the masseuse made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. We also enjoyed the music every evening. All in all an exceptional experience.

it’s big, lots f service, beach with free beach chairs, very nice pool, gym,, restaursnts, nice view, service from the hotel was exceptional. Parking available with valet.Breakfast included and was excellent food, lots of choices.

I likes everything, nothing !

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful...probably the best we've ever had at any hotel. The beach and pool areas were great. The restaurants and the lobby/terrace bar were really nice. And the view from every window on every floor was simply breathtaking. A wonderful hotel and we will be back for sure. The location is also great with other things to do in the area and the port is only 5 min drive away.

Sadly, our room was not up to the mark when we arrived. There were many spider webs(on the lamp, in the minibar cupboard, near the door and in the bathroom), shoe marks on the floor, grease marks on the headboard of the bed and ants on one side table. The cleaning staff came in but only one spider Web was removed and the floors were cleaned but still not well enough. The linen and the rest of the bathroom was very clean. For a 5 star this was disappointing but we didn't want to bother the staff. (We had the very last room at the end so maybe it was just not used as much as the rest.) We needed a late check out so we were shifted to another room that was super clean. So this was just a one off it seems.
