Ana-Maria at the Front desk was outstanding. She was friendly, courteous, competent, efficient, and made me feel really welcome! I highly commend her. The dinner attendants were very good. The warm dinner buffet selection was a bit too heavy for my personal liking (much fried). The breakfast however was perfect. I also liked the surrounds with lots of trees and other greenery, and that a bus stop is nearby.

While the swimming pool was nice, people tended to hog towels, so it was difficult for me to see where to get a towel from. Maybe a desk where fresh towels are stacked and available might resolve the issue?

Sadly only few small discrepancies like Water flow in the shower was very low, Air conditioning because of blazing sun positioned right infront of Hotel didn’t do cooling so well, and swimming pool area being Indoor should have had some ventilation system as that area became alittle Humid and felt lack of oxygen.

We received a warm welcome with delicious chocolate cookies and a clear explanation of all the services and facilities — a lovely start to our stay. Having everything included — dinner, overnight stay, and breakfast — was a real plus for us. It allowed us to fully relax without needing to go elsewhere for meals. The pool being open until late was another highlight, as it gave my son the chance to enjoy a swim before bedtime. The buffet dinner was absolutely delicious — I just wish my stomach had been bigger! There were so many options, and the desserts were truly a paradise.

The air conditioner was not working properly. When we arrived, the room temperature was 24°C. We set the thermostat to 19°C, but even after 12 hours, the temperature had only dropped to 23.5°C. Also you the elevators were not working that smooth and it was warm inside them.

The hotel was located in a nice, quiet secluded forested area located close to Luxembourg City. There was also an outdoor parking lot conveniently located out front. The staff was also helpful and friendly.

Some of the staff was slightly misinformed about the pricing of the restaurant (we were told it was included in the original pricing). Also, the room cards required to the use the elevators kept getting demagnetized which made it tricky to go up and down. This was still the case despite keeping them away from obvious electronic disturbances (e.g., cell phones).

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The pool was another highlight; it was impressively clean and the perfect spot to unwind. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with public transport options just a short walk away. This made exploring the city and getting to various attractions very easy. Additionally, the parking facility right next to the hotel was a major plus, making it hassle-free to bring and park my car. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations, pristine pool, convenient location, and accessible parking. It truly made my stay enjoyable and stress-free!

The breakfast provided was good, though for a vegetarian, there could have been more options available. Expanding the menu to include more vegetarian choices would significantly enhance the dining experience.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Outside the hotel is not so welcoming, it looks like a big building from an ex sovietic country , but inside is very nice. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, all was very clean. The view from our room was great! You can leave your car at the hotel parking lot and visit the city center by bus, the station is just a few minutes walking from the hotel and the public transport is free, so it is a very good option. It will take you around 25 minutes to the city center. The breakfast was fine, but do not expect something special.

The pool was a bit cold and smelled heavily of chlorine. It is a bit small for such a big hotel and it is not so welcoming, you can make it more cozy and relaxing.

The location is nice, but a little distant from downtown and to the main tourist attractions. The room was quite large and very comfortable with nice amenities. The pool is very useful and has appropriate size making it possible to swim calmly. Breakfast was not expensive and very good. Special remarks to desk staff, always very cooperative and friendly.

If it is possible to note something to criticise, I would say that hotel location is quite far from downtown. But, actually, it is not an issue, as public transportation is free for everyone in Luxembourg...

The rooms were very nice and did not hear any noise during the night, so properly isolated. The facilities were quite comfy and nice. My only remark would be to increase the temperature of the pool, but other than that, it was a very nice experience. I must say that the staff at the reception was the cherry on top of it, they were super kind, specially the receptionist Pamela. Also, we requested to have late check out, early check in, and rooms close by, and all those requests were met with a smile and willingness to help.

The pool temperature of the pool was not no warm, wasn't completely cold not not handle it, but you cannot stay longer than 30 mins

I got there just before 12 and they told me it was early to check in, then I left my luggage at their store room, then when I arrived in the evening they told me they are overbooked and I don’t have a room. They wanted to refund me so I find another place! I refused and insisted to see the manager and after 30 minutes of waiting I was then allocated a room. That was very strange and concerning esp being on a strange country late in the eve I g to be told that I am also concerned as I have double charges on my card from Booking.com for the same hotel. Where do I query it ?

The property had its on parking it said we would have to pay bought the day I stayed it was free so that’s a plus. Friendly personnel, staff and management. It has a bus stop near by and transportation on all buses are free around the area. Room was great.

That the pool was closed early on Sunday and Monday it was also closed all day. Another thing is that I paid through booking and when I checked out in the morning the lady in the counter charged me again so know I have to figure out how to get my refund.
