The receptionist were all very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our massages at the spa. Breakfast being included was a real plus and as a vegan there was a variety of items to choose. Staff in the dining room were very helpful and polite. I was very happy to be able to upgrade my room to a suite which was larger then the room we had originally ordered.

The tall thin night bartender wasn't nice. Not really helpful at all. We came down to have a shot and toast for my birthday. Asked him to have a shot with us he declined, asked for something a little sweet for my shot he didn't even try to help. And was even a little rude. At this point I felt snubbed. Didn't end up having the shot or a toast with my husband. We started to leave the whiskey my husband had ordered. We also witnessed him being agitated because another lady wanted her whiskey in a larger glass. We ended up leaving the hotel to have that birthday toast.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Ramada Hotel, and what made it truly special was the warm welcome we received from Petre at check-in. He greeted us with a smile and great professionalism, making us feel immediately welcome. His friendly and helpful attitude made the start of our stay very enjoyable. Thank you, Petre, for contributing to such a positive experience! We will definitely be coming back.

The food at lunch was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. While some dishes had good flavors, others felt under-seasoned or lacked balance. The presentation was acceptable but not particularly impressive. With a little more attention to taste and creativity, this place could offer a much better dining experience.

The receptionist was super nice and professional. Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean without any doubt.

The toilet in the sauna/pool side, the doors doesn't close properly my parterner had a very inconfortable and unpleasant situation with an other customer that walk in without knocking in the door. The locks need to be fixed asap. The rules in the pool need to be more strict with children's parents. Its very hard to have chill time when groups of children are splashing you with water

I loved everything and the room was great, honestly I have nothing to say everything was perfect, there's a gym , pool , massage , spa everything you want you got.

I didn't like the location of the TV in the room it wasn't centered in front of the 2 beds but it was placed in the corner it's just a detail honestly it's not because of TV that I would not recommend it. The price is a bit high I wanted to stay a lot longer but couldn't afford to stay for a whole week. But then again I still would recommend it , I might work a bit extra more to be able to stay longer next time

I really liked several aspects of Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bucharest, but here are the standout features: 1. Excellent Wellness Facilities – The Vitality Wellness Club was a highlight, featuring a large indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and a well-equipped gym. It’s a perfect place to relax after a busy day. 3. Delicious Breakfast & Dining Options – The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and high-quality food. The restaurant also serves excellent international and Romanian dishes, with great service. 4. Friendly & Professional Staff – The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff always being welcoming, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs. 5. Great Location – Located in northern Bucharest, the hotel is easily accessible from the airport and close to business districts, yet well-connected to the city center. 6. Quiet & Relaxing Atmosphere – Despite being in a busy city, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, I loved how Ramada Plaza Bucharest combines comfort, excellent facilities, and great service to provide a fantastic stay.

The hotel is at a very quiet area and with no noise in the room. The breakfast is excellent with special Romanian dishes for Christmas days. The pool is standard swimming pools with 3 or 4 lanes for lap swimming, and 1 lane for fun with different types of sprays and jets, etc. The spa is great with sauna, cold room and steam room. The hot pool is outdoor and a whirl pool. The dinner restaurant is very beautiful setting and food is great with great services.

The room is really hot (above 25C), so we have to turn off the heat and open the window all night. Yes, we can turn on the air conditioner, but such a waste of energy. The location is slightly out of all tourist areas, actually quite far and hard to reach by public transportation.

Great location of the hotel with lots of parks around , it's spacious, with spa inside ,outside , gyms with classes . Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of options . Spacious room with coffee maker , I love that . We've ordered dinner in the evening at the bar beef sandwich which it was delicious .Awesome SPA area with sauna , steam room and salt room and pool . I took part to spinning class in the gym ,we had great class with the instructor Mina and also aqua class . It's a great place for a long weekend .

Just a little thing . Even if it's not smoking room ,sometimes I could feel smoking smell coming true the heating air .As I am not a smoker and allergic to smoke I could feel it straight away . The hotel staff might be aware or check if someone smoking in the rooms even if the rooms are not smoking ! Next time I will report to the hotel reception if would happen again . I have enjoyed my stay anyway .

The pools were clean and there were many options for sunbathing around. The room was clean, as well as spacious, the bed was confortable and the A/C was greatly appreciated in the hot weather. Complimentary drinks (water) were restocked. The staff were nice and spoke English. There were a lot of options at breakfast but both mornings the options were the same.

There was no guard by the pool, so no rules were observed, mostly by kids. The TV had no internet connection and no support was provided although this is a functionality available in the TV options. Room service was quite overpriced, way higher prices than restaurants close by. The showerhead was broken (leaking), but functioning.

What I liked about the property was the fact that it was really quiet during night time, the staff was polite and the facilities such as the swimming pool were very nice. The hotel is nicely decorated and spacious and good value for money, baring in mind the offer I had, comparing to the reception price. I nice touch I don’t see in many hotels is daily complimentary water, which I always thought to be an important gesture towards the guests

There are only two things I didn’t like about my stay, the first thing was the bed (mattress and pillows), they were really stiff and uncomfortable not only for me but also for my room mate. The second thing I didn’t like was the parking system where you always had to ask for a new ticket from the reception to go out, making lots of paper waste during the day if you would go out frequently. I guess a unique card system would be better, more comfortable and waste free for everyone.

The rooms are multifunctional and have enough space for luggage, as well as a desk with a view for added convenience if you are travelling for work. Extremely comfortable bed/mattress, high level of cleanliness, perfect temperature - warmth on some of the coldest days of winter. Delicious food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Spa area with quite appropriate size for this type of hotel. I recommend it!
