The suite was on the 43rd floor, very well equipped, spacious, clean and comfy. The views of the city are spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet enough, and only a 5 minutes walk from Bukit Bitang, the nightlife district, featuring plenty of restaurants. The pool is shared with a residential complex, but very large for a city hotel and fair enough to spend a few hours. Breakfast is good, especially the views from 48th floor and inviting to stay a little longer. Staff is very friendly, competent and agreeable.

The only downside, really, is that the hotel is not easily reachable by public transport. MTR, LTR, etc. are all a 15-20 minutes walk and given the city's overall limited walkability, getting there on public transport with suitcases in the tropical heat isn't really an option. Just get a "Grab". A very minor detail is that you can't see the Petronas Towers, even from the top. The view is blocked by another sky-scraper.

Location is awesome. Walking distance to most major attractions i.e. malls, markets etc. The view of the city from our room on the 43rd floor was amazing. Lanson has a good shuttle service that takes you to KLCC, Pavilion Mall etc. Really useful when you get tired of walking.

Internet connection is a bit slow at times. TVs are a bit old but functional and sometimes did not work with the sound system. No streaming services available in the TV due to its age i.e. Netflix, Disney etc.

the room was clean and very family friendly. location of the hotel was okay, I guess. Cause it's near the busy street especially after 12 am on the weekends. 10 mins away from jalan alor ( local foods, street food, seafood stalls & pharmacy). There's a convenient store just opposite. Staff were friendly and will assist you with your luggage and heavy groceries bag.

If you're into english kind of breakfast, this is the place for you, they serve good quality breads though. But if you're like me, whom prefer heavy breakfast, like nasi lemak, mee soto and etc. basically lots of carbs and protein. Then you can just order through grabfood.

Spacious apartment hotel. It’s like staying in a condo of your own. The living room area with a view of the city is amazing. Floor to ceiling windows bring a lot of light into the rooms. Filtered water in pantry. Bed is clean and comfy. Staff at Lanson Place is extremely professional, friendly and prompt. Both my check-in and check-out experience (with different personnel) were super fast, smooth and hassle-free. I chose to pay the 500RM deposit with cash and the whole process was effortless. Think of it as a way to put your money in a “safe” rather than carry it around. The security guard always smiling and happy. No problems getting a Grab to and from the hotel. The only thing that took away from the experience was my washer (room 3105) did not work. Luckily I did not absolutely have to wash my clothes at that point, I suppose I could have asked someone to look at it but I just opted to not use it. For longer stays though, that would not be ideal.

I really liked how peaceful and spacious the room was; it was able to provide my family the privacy they needed while also having large communal areas for us to hang out at. The place also looked nice and luxurious. My family really enjoyed our stay there.

Location-wise it wasn't the best as the foods nearby were mostly catered towards expats/foreigners (like bars & bistro), meaning it was harder to come by local foods. Didn't opt for the breakfast option as it looked like quite a small spread compared to the amount being paid. Our master bedroom TV and all door lock set wasn't very functional and didn't work well. light switches location to the light source kind of confusing or at least have them labelled.

The room and furnishings were very nice. I was upgraded for free to a 2-bedroom suite, which was wonderful. The bathroom & rooms were very clean and luxurious. I also liked the hotel gym. The location was also good - I walked to the Petronas Towers one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My clothes got locked in the washing machine one night and staff came up right away to help, which was very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a high quality hotel to relax in.

Location was good, around 10 minutes walk to night/food street, still in calm area. Size of the apartment was great, large rooms and 3 toilets made the stay very convenient and they also provided laundry detergent etc. The pool area was also spacious. The view from the apartment on the 28th floor was great, specially during night, seeing the KL skyline.

The temperature control for the shower in one of the bathroom was not working properly it was heard to get the right temperature.

Size of apartments, breakfast lounge, friendly and helpful staff on reception. Excellent location.

Very good location. Very close to the spa salons and main attractions. It’s also just a short distance from the street food street. We stayed on the 22nd floor, and our room was very spacious with panoramic windows offering views of Menara 118 and the TV tower, as well as a partial view of the Petronas Towers. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was cleaned every day. The apartments have several pools, both for children and adults. The pool is long enough for swimming long distances.
