Very nice well designed place , not in a crowded city , easy to get to right off the turnpike. Well decorated , nice pool , Parking is a little tight because it's so popular

Breakfast was good , lots of variety and the hostess was very helpful,explaining to me on how to use the pancakes machine , Everything was delicious but the sausage was tasty but dry and the eggs were a little over done around the edges , The sweet rolls were so good i wanted another but I resisted , tying to be good , the gravy was great actually helped the sausage

They have thought of everything, Extended pool hours, nice hot tub, coffee all the time, little store to buy food and supplies if needed, very welcoming cozy feel (not just standard hotel) with very clean rooms. The included breakfast was amazing including biscuits and gravy and omelets among many other things. The staff is exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. Great location. We loved our stay here.

The water pressure was a little low and as late riders, breakfast beyond 10:00 would have been nice, but these were very minor things!!

The breakfast was fine..( I only eat yogurt and oatmeal) my husband loved the other choices. The gal that was working was very happy and friendly. The room was very clean and the layout was very clean and organized.

The only thing we didn’t like was the darn heating unit in the wall. I understand that it’s best you need for each individual room. Ours was blowing cold air( it could have been me I was pushing buttons) Anyway the desk clerk ( very polite and caring) came up and quickly fixed it and it worked the rest of the night fine. Just a bit loud.

My kids loved the pancake maker, my husband loved the hot tub after a long day of driving, and I loved the comfy beds and blackout shades that kept everyone asleep until almost 8!

The room smelled just a bit musty and my kids couldn't reach the hand soap bracketed into the wall by themselves. But those are very small problems! The coffee at breakfast was also TERRIBLE but the Keurig in the room fixed that!

We’ve had some bad experiences at worn out properties sporting big brand names of late. The Holiday Inn at Donigal, PA, was an exception. The property had obviously undergone a massive update. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped (loved the frig and microwave in the room plus someone finally figured out how to store an iron and board without eating up the closet.)

Everything from time I walked in the door, the lobby was pleasant to be in staff was great breakfast was good, a lot of choices that filled you up room was awesome and extremely comfortable. The pool area was clean and nice to be in, and had lots of towels

This may sound a bit silly but I loved the staircase from floor 1 to floor 2. I am a bit claustrophobic and do not care for elevators. The staircase in your hotel was rustic looking and it reminded me of being in Montana. The stairs were wide enough to put your whole foot on and not steep either. I appreciated being able to use them easily as we were going to be cooped up in our car driving home.

Location was beautiful. The decor of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Besides that it was very enjoyable

The only thing was breakfast, staff needs to pay a little more attention to customer’s instead of talking. The shower had very little power Besides that it was very enjoyable

I thought it was a wonderful hotel; Injust had one problem that was kind of a big deal.

The light (?) in my room kept making a strange loud popping noise that was at irregular times. It was hard to sleep. The noise was also hard to pinpoint ….because it was so loud it bounced off the walls and could tell where it was coming from. But we are pretty sure it was from the light in between the beds.

The staff member preparing breakfast was attentive to everyone's needs. She was polite and restocked after each batch of diners. She was never idle. The dining area was clean and inviting. Our meal was excellent! The coffee was delicious!
