Location in proximity to campus. Price. Admittedly, I wasn't there on game weekend. I'm sure the pricing during those weekends are as unabashedly exorbitant as all the other places.

It's not the Ritz. Dated and very basic, but for a night or two who cares? It's a place to sleep and that's all I need.

Location was good. Room was clean and parking was great. Staff was kind.

Breakfast was meager. Went to Dunkin for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. It is outrageous to spend over $100+ just to get a good night sleep.

My son attends PSU and I have traveled there multiple times to visit. Generally hotel rooms are at a premium in the area and quite expensive. I have paid upwards of $350 a night. This past weekend the Rodeway Inn was the only hotel that had rooms available. I was reluctant based on the price but could not have been more surprised. My room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I will not stay anywhere else in State College but the Rodeway Inn in the future and look forward to saving hundreds on each visit.

Breakfast is a little weak, didn't affect my visit since I meet my son for breakfast each morning.

Very basic but very clean! Room was big and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Perfect for a no frills stay. Value was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

In over 150 stays in hotels over the last 22 years, This was the cleanest and customer friendly hotel my family has been to. The employee "AL" was beyond friendly and accommodating. Made our families stay exceptional.

The only thing is the room needs updated. Every part of the stay was outstanding. Bathroom and carpet need updated but was the cleanest I have ever seen in a motel/hotel. Other than those it was a great room.

The breakfast lacked the artificial sweetner that I usually add [EQUAL] to my coffee and the coffee was not hot. Also, there were limited choices. I prefer bagels over toast, and hot foods such as eggs, waffles, pancakes, bacon, sausage and etc. There was only cereal, muffins, and bread available. But one can always order via Grub Hub and have their favorite meals delivered.

Great location for a great price! It was pretty darn clean for a motel (and much better than some other properties). Being a moderate clean freak, I was very happy about the room! The front desk staff was super friendly and kind.

The bathroom was quite small in a single queen room, with a small shower. It was big enough to get the job done, though!

The staff are very nice I stayed in a room that the air conditioner and heater didn't work and they were right there and switch my room for me they are great people.

The location is close to a variety of attractions and activities.

I would like to pay less but I assume that's not really feasible.

Very reasonable aand comcomfortable for a short stay. Better lighting than most motel rooms.

Small room. Otherwise comfy.
