The customer service was everything. Amanda and Jorge went above and beyond for us all 4 days.And I like the fact that there was free coffee 24 seven and there was free washing facility. I’ve never seen that before. That was pretty nice. The pool was nice as well.

Just that there was no breakfast, whether it was complementary or Pay.

The location was perfect

The facility did not honor "pay at the property". I received a call that morning advising payment must be received before 12pm. I was advised the $25 that was added to each of the 3 rooms when I actually checked in was supposed to have been refunded back to my card but I still haven't received the refund.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Made me feel welcome.

There where two groups of families living long term in the motel that let there children run up and down the hallways a few nights. There was also some guy from Tennessee parked at one of the remote entrances of the building smoking skunk weed on the weekends. Other than those few instances the hotel was an excellent place to stay.

Nice, quiet, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, full size fridge in room, close to many restaurants.

Wasn’t able to shower, drain was stuck closed. Staff was no help and maintenance wasn’t able to be there to fix it. Good thing we only stayed one night.

The young man who checked us in was very welcoming and polite.

There was no continental breakfast and the jacuzzi was not nearly hot enough.

The staff went above and beyond for me and my colleague. We were organizing an event close by and they’ve helped us so much. Rooms are big, have a kitchenette, beds are super comfortable, free parking, free laundry, and did I mention the staff is amazing?

There is no breakfast, but the rooms have a kitchen and supermarkets are a 3 min drive.

Good location. Rooms were large and comfortable. Designed more for long term stays, but fine for an overnight also.

Lots of noise in the hallways and the elevator was slow and kinda shaky/noisy.

The first thing that caught my attention was the front desk had exceptional customer service. As we came in and out of the hotel, he was receptive to us each time that we came in. I will definitely be back!

The location was great! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location was nice. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and just as expected.

I have no complaints.
