Nice place, very closed to Universal, you can buy tickets there and have shuttle to the park

Room was excellent. Rooms were clean, and housekeeping personnel was very attentive and helpful. The front desk staff was also very good and helpful and fast. Location is the best, walking 20 minutes and you are in the City Walk at Universal Studios. Crossing the street, a TJI Friday and at 15 minutes walking one I-HOP and Korean/Japanese/Wendy's. There is a guest laundry in the hotel. Restrooms are very clean too and the Gym is nice. I did not use them, but there are swimming pools with hot water. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, and you can drink your coffee int he inside courtroom of the hotel, with a fire pit.

Nothing special… the cleaning lady kept asking when we would vacate the room for cleaning The a/c is too close (and too noisy) to (first) bed. The pool was a bit dirty (at 6pm!).

The location is convenient. We enjoyed our walk back from the theme park, seeing the calm water and colorful flowers along the way. Our assigned room has a nice view of the lake, pool and the city. The lady at the counter who checked us in was polite and friendly. Overall, we had a great time.

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The price of $30 per person for the breakfast buffet was a bit expensive, especially because we only had coffee and toast. The smoking area being located right outside of the pool area and having to walk through it to get to the pet walking/relief area. The shuttle service to Universal should be offered later in the day, especially because hotel check-in isn’t until 4PM, but the last shuttle leaves at 11:30AM. The cost to pay for parking at the hotel, plus the cost of early check-in, plus the cost of having to pay to park at Universal, is almost as much as another night of hotel stay.

We were going to Universal and the hotel was in walking distance. Also the hotel was in walking distance from walgreens multiple restaurants and gas stations. Clean neighborhood. Friendly staff. I loved the pool and hot tub. Very spacious/ clean and the pool had a deepend which to me is wonderful. The food was good in both restaurants. The staff with the breakfast buffet and breakfast buffet itself was wonderful. My husband and I were there when a hurricane was approaching and the staff was unbelievable. They were calm and positive. My husband and I had to check out a day earlier because of the hurricane. The staff refunded our room for that night without hesitation. I enjoyed the staff so much that once my husband and I were home in Illinois I want to call the hotel just to check on the staff. I know it sounds funny but it is true. Thank you for everything ❤️.

The room could have been a little cleaner and the mattress was old. On my side of the bed it felted like the spring was getting ready to pop out of the side. Also I did not like that the hotel is cashless. That came to a surprise to me when I was trying to get a drink at the restaurant bar. With how bad identity theft has gotten I feel more secure paying with cash vs. using my card for every purchase.

When we got there, the lady with really long nails told us our stay would be over 600.00. Booking.com quoted us $470.00. She said they made a mistske. Call them! But on checking out, Izzy found her mistake and fixed our bill to the proper price. He was amazing. We are grateful.

No one gave us any details about parking fees or carts to bring your stuff up to your room. We found out that we could only use carts with an employee. I am quite capable of using and returning a baggage cart myself. I have a husband to help also. The valet parking took up all the space to pull your car up for unloading. It didn't seem very accommodating.

The location is fantastic, very close to Universal Studios and the other theme parks (on a normal morning, Disney World is just 20-30min away by car). It is also very close to a big outlet center, with plenty of good brands with very nice prices.

Our room was on the 16th floor and was a bit cold.

From the front desk to the staff at sunshine cafe, this place is truly has one of the best staff I have had the pleasure to experience service from. They all go above and beyond since check in to check out to make sure that you feel completely welcomed at their hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Again and service here is phenomenal! I truly recommend this location to anyone visiting Universal Studios. This is my second time staying here and I will keep coming back.

The hotel does not have enough dollys for guest to bring in their stuff.

It was super close to Universal and had a nice pool, great restaurant selection, and self serve laundry

The shuttle to Universal had extremely limited hours. The last shuttle leaving the hotel was at 11am and the last one back was at 8:15pm which is prior to BOTH parks closing so if you wanted to go to the parks late around noon and stay till Citywalk closes at midnight you had to Uber both ways which can add up. I picked this hotel for the shuttle and was unable to use it bc it didn’t match my schedule
