Perfect location, great view from my balcony. The staff was great from valet to people from room service. They were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is really beautiful everything really clean. The bar had great options to drink.

They charge too much for the parking. That's my 3rd stay there and they keep increasing the parking cost each time. It's not a cheap hotel and they still charge a huge sum for parking. The parking lot is in the building, that makes no sense to charge that much. They charged us for some things that we didn't ask for but the people from front desk took it out

Great spot for a weekend getaway. We were avoiding a hurricane with small kids and were very particular on where to go. We didn’t want to stay too close to south beach and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Super friendly staff, valets, room service were welcoming and happy to help us after a stressful drive. The building seems well taken care Of compared to others in the area looked rough. Great views, nice gym, awesome pool and not a busy beach. A nice playground is walking distance down the boardwalk. The suite was large with 2 bathrooms and a fold out couch for the kids with their own tv. I would say this is the only hotel I would stay at in the future in Miami based off of the value for your money.

The property was great. Very clean and relaxing. The Beach was right there not too many people. The restaurant was amazing starting with the food and staffs.

The only thing was the valet. Could be better with the staffs being more polite. Only one person was being rude from the start of getting there after paying VIP parking didn’t greet or offer to get the car. He just gave me the keys every time he was there with a serious face and action of bother. Over all if this could be better next time. I will come back again, I enjoy my stay.

The rooms are amazing very big.

Would of like some lounge relaxing music in the ground pool area. The room floor wasn’t clean I walk without shoes after I shower and my feet got black floor needed to be mop in the room I informed the housekeeper.

Location was great. A short bike ride to enjoy South Beach during the day, but a safe distance from the wild nightlife. Rooms, the pools, and the gym were all very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was construction going on the entire time we were there. Hammers banging in the lobby during business hours. The jacuzzis were both broken on the roof top pool with the dials to operate the jets damaged and not operable.

Great location with direct access to the beach in a beautiful area of Miami Beach. Facilities are great, from complimentary yoga/workouts to a great fitness center. Due to the location, the hotel enjoys superb views both on the seaside and bayside. The interior of the hotel feels "new" and has a refreshed look compared to some of its peers.

My only major complaint is cleanliness of the room (based on my experience). The bathrooms in particular were poorly cleaned and had hair from previous guests and in general did not feel properly sanitized. The room, also, was not very clean and the situation did not improve with housekeeping during our stay. The staff also does not seem to enforce the rules. This would improve the quality of the stay for many of the guests.

The Grand Beach Hotel is our definite address when we visit Miami Beach. I am always happy with the service and ambience. It is located in a more quiet area with a nice private beach and super swimming pool area. The breakfast is fantastic and a drink in the bar with their knowlegable bartender is absolutely worthwhile. We love it - always.

The a la carte menu for breakfast is not really worth it. Go for the buffet for a full selection and fast delivery. On the top floor there is a slight smell of water leakage, but as we understood it that is currently under repair.

I had a truly luxurious experience at Grand Beach Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the convenient amenities to the exceptional staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were perfect – a crucial element for a great night's sleep. My overall stay was simply phenomenal. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Bathroom can be upgraded

Amazing boutique hotel with fabulous balcony rooms, suites with gorgeous views and 2 Full bathrooms. I think those writing about bad stays must have been a bit tipsy- it was phoenomenal there. I will definitely stay again, it was just perfect! Moved into the Fountainbleu for a business trip 3 days later...now that is overrated and expensive for no atmosphere, no friendly staff, so crowded and really Missed the Grand Beach! Thank you for an amazing stay. A few small touches would make it First class stay but shhh...don't tell anyone! Loved it. Mike and Bette
