I thought my room was very nice and clean. I myself work at a Hotel and know how very hard housekeepers work. Post COVID we were short on housekeepers, so I helped out. It is a very tough job! Kudos to your housekeepers.

I worked at the Front Desk when I first started at my hotel. I know how difficult working the front desk can be. Honestly, if I was still working the front desk I would have quit. People are not nice, and seem to think the Front Desk is the place to blame for everything that might be wrong. It's a tough position. From my experience with your property, my only comment would be that your evening/night front desk staff might be a little more attentive. I came in a couple of nights and there was no one around. I didn't need anything, I just thought it was odd for security purposes that no one was monitoring who was coming through your door. One evening someone was there but was on his phone. He didn't even look up when I came in.

Accommodating, pleasant staff at front desk and Bistro Cafe….Jo at front desk and Leticia at Cafe. Both were wonderful.

We originally had a room with bad odor (#420) and they moved us to #320. Also, fitness center could benefit from hand sanitizer dispenser and more lighter hand weights and kettlebells.

I liked the staff and the hotel was pretty clean. It is walking distance from a Chic fila and Chipotle and Starbucks and an ice cream place. There is an Urban Air if you have kids.

The fridge wasn't working, but they gave us a new one.

We didn't find out we had a balcony until the morning. But not a big deal, more of a customer error for not reading all of the description.

Breakfast was good - I had a muffin and some fruit. This hotel was in a good location.

The description made it sound like there were a few things that could be dinner options. I asked and what I was shown I’d not have eaten - but that really didn’t matter bc hotel is located very near multiple places.

Nice room with a seating area that was very comfortable. Food available for purchase on site. Nice size shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in large bottles.

Check out time was noon but the housekeeper was trying to come in my room at 9:30 AM. I was not dressed and she simply knocked and tried to open the door. Didn’t announce who she was. I just happened to have the latch down so she couldn’t open the door. Also there wasn’t a hair dryer. Not a deal breaker but in case you need one you will need to pack one.

I was charged by both your company and the hotel and have yet to have the hotel fee come off. It was the full amount of my bill. It has been more than two weeks of business days as their agreement states and I was told it would come off. We did no damage to the property and were only there for a pit stop of 5 or so hours.

It was close to everything.

The area was really busy and my keycard stop working for some unknown reason which cause me to have to walk around to the front which was an inconvenience.

The property was quite and clean. The room was immaculate with the exception of the little things mentioned below.

The clocks are not set with the correct time in the rooms. The phone message light flashes even though I had just checked in.

The staff was great and the check in process was very easy.

The sheets had pet fur everywhere. The bathroom was out dated and the carpet smelled like urine
