Helpful staff

In the morning when the staff setting up the breakfast. When taking out the food, letting the door slam behind them. We happened to be in the room where everything is prepared. I understand they have their hands full, however self closing door hinges would prevent the door from slamming. Or use a cart so they can prevent the door from slamming.

The property was very clean! Staff is Awesome

I can not think of one thing that I didn’t like about this property… I highly recommend anyone who is traveling to FederalWay Washington that’s looking for a room to stay here, at this property which is the Comfort Inn in FederalWay WA

Staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had, also very friendly. Room was large and clean. Hotel was quiet in the evenings. Overall wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend

I have no complaints other than the pool being very very cold. I'm a baby when it comes to cold water though.

It was simple with a great continental breakfast and is surrounded by many food choices to dine at

I did find that a few pillows had some questionable stains on them so did not use

Super nice staff, great breakfast, and nice pool/spa area. The room and bathroom were clean.

Only 1 elevator was working for a 4 floor hotel, and it was a busy weekend there. We had to wait for the elevator all the time. Our room was great, but muggy all the time, we needed to keep the air conditioning going all the time. With it being so muggy, there was mold in the window seal and spots around the air-conditioner.

Location and property

The gym treadmills were not working at the time and was unable to use. The pool was also under maintenance and I was also unable to use and would of loved to use.

Didn’t have anything for breakfast for 2 days but eggs and sausage need to keep the biscuits and gravy every morning!!

The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with the AC in our room and her changed rooms for us without a problem.

The breakfast attendant didn't keep the food stocked very well. The coffee was watered down.

Breakfast was satisfactory and loved the access to tea through out the day. For the purpose of my visit, location was perfect. I really loved my time there and thank you for allowing me almost an entire month's stay.

Making the rooms a bit more sound proof - had quite a bit of noise from room above and could hear voices in the passage way.
