The staff was friendly and even allowed us to check in early because we drove 13 hours to get there and were exhausted when we arrive hours prior to the actual check in time. Our room, bathroom, shower, and pool were all clean and we were right next to a restaurant and a safeway. This was extremely convenient and we were able to walk to both, no problem, if we wanted to.

The breakfast was good enough but I would have preferred more options. It wasn't terrible and saved us money on eating out.

I liked the Waffles, Coffee was always available and good.

the breads, bagel and muffins tasted stale or old you can tell they have been in freezer for a while. The Cheerios cereal was old/stale as well. it was the same breakfast every morning biscuit's and gravy ( maybe a different variety)

Clean , easy to get to , plenty of parking , safe , staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub are very nice ! The waterwall in the lobby is awesome ! We will definitely be coming back and letting our other family members know to stay here when in town ! Thank you all

I have stayed at this property a few times, and have always enjoyed it. The wife and I came to town to play 🎅 Santa and Mrs. 🤶 Claus for our Grandkids. While leaving to surprise the Grands, a little girl spotted me leaving. She asked the Front Desk for Santa's room number. LOL Overall, I recommend the Guest House. Breakfast could be a little better, but with Denny's and Shari's nearby, no big deal!! The frig and Micro are great for late night snacks!!

The window was a bit drafty, but there was a storm and high winds. Bath towels continue to shrink, but ask for extra towels.

Was not expecting what we got for the price. The facility was updated and very clean. The staff was courteous and hardworking. Our double queen room was spacious with a separate area with a table and chairs, a fridge, and microwave. The bed was comfortable. We used the hot tub and towels were provided. The continental breakfast was the best I've had in a while.

Hot tub could have been warmer and had less chlorine. My eyes were burning.

Always comfortable, but not always priced right, depending on the season.

Starting to get tired. corner molding coming loose. No bathroom sink drain plug. Breakfast needs an uplift. Not as good as it once was.

My family and I stayed for 9 nights, it was a wonderful stay. Housekeeping kept our room fresh every day. Our beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. TV channels were good. The mini fridge was much bigger than expected, which was a nice treat. The morning breakfast is just wonderful. We had a great experience.

We came back from a day out and our room was open. The top lock had been moved into the lock position to keep the door cracked open. When we had left that morning housekeeping was near our room and asked if we’d like our room to be serviced, we said yes, we came back a few hours later to the door cracked open. We figured maybe housekeep was inside still, but when we entered it was empty. We have very valuable items in our room and this oversight could have cost us a lot.

Breakfast was great, pool was a little harsh w chlorine but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

A bigger fruit variety, maybe seasonal fruits added to breakfast would be nice. I love the waffles and enjoy the biscuits and gravy as well.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating they allowed us to checkin two hours early. They always had fresh coffee and beverages in the lobby and the breakfast looked good. The room was clean and nice. The pool and spa were also clean and nice. It is conveniently located near shopping center.

Once we got over the fact that it sits at a parking lot behind Safeway, we loved it. We chose it mainly because it was dog friendly - and gotta say - the dogs were really happy. The late night walk around the hotel was fabulous - plenty of grassy areas to chuck a ball, and the place was quiet in spite of relative vicinity to I-5. The staff was really nice, the included breakfast was an american standard, and the swimming pool was large enough to swim a little before bed time.
