It was good, at my age, more than filling. Staff kept up on keeping food supplied as guests ate it up. Staff was good at cleaning up the messes guests made.

I could not figure out how to watch the television. Apparently it was all online. In the "old days"- about a year ago, all I had to do was turn on the television and start channel surfing. Now there are more steps to take. No great loss-I went to the local bookstore and bought a couple of good books to read.

Location was good and and facility was clean and welcoming.

The staff was rude especially the lady at the front desk. she was rude on the phone and ruder in person. I understand being short staffed ( everyone is short staffed these days) but we do what we can. she made it sound like we'd be lucky to get a room by 3:00 pm. Then all the sudden she has several rooms available. She had no customer service skills at all and should not be in a job dealing with people.

The facility equipped us with FREE shuttles to and from the arena ... morning, noon, and night! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The manager as well as the staff we interacted with were very friendly and hospitable. Plan on staying there again in the future!!

Wish there was a hot tub ...lol But the pool was VERY clean and easily accessible!!

I had injured my knee on the way there and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to get me a room right by the entrance and arranged help to bring in my bags. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he had a long white beard. Thank you for your help!

Mattresses were way too soft

Breakfast was excellent. Location was ideal - quite close to freeway, and not far from downtown. There is a McDonald's, Arby's and Wendy's - all close by. A Flying J convenience store / gas station is also close by. Has ample parking. Pet friendly. Highly recommended. (I am a resident of Denver for the past 25 years)

Everything was nice. The girls at the front desk were exceptional. The breakfast was very good. The chair in room # 133 was very hard to get out of. It is not comfortable to sit in. Our stay is rated 9 out of 10. Thank you very much.

The person who checked us in was so accommodating, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise…Very tasty hot food offerings!

The towel bar was down and looked like it needed to be reattached….it would have looked better to have it fixed or just removed, BUT the towels and wash clothes were thick and soft which was much appreciated.

Didnʻt have the breakfast yet, but room was great with great amentities, bed was comfortableʻ slept like a log. Great location where we needed to be (5min away). Our second time staying there. We will be back.

the staff was amazing! nice , accommodating, out of their way to make an unexpected situation easier… my boyfriend and i had a fantastic night with the help of the facilities personnel transportation set up for Frontier Days. it was such an awesome stay!!

We booked two room so that a group of teenagers and their sponsors could shower. Called ahead to see if that would be a problem, they said no. Exceeded our expectations. Staff were very kind and meet all our needs. 10/10 would recommend.
