I loved the peacefulness even though we were close to the freeway, I couldn't even hear the hum of traffic or anything of the sort. . I loved the nice , clean linens and the fact that they had a laundry room for the guests., The front desk people were totally helpful and knowledgeable. Best customer service I've had in the longest. I appreciate that, thank you. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. I'll be back for sure. Great value as well!

The only thing I didn't like is the springs under the bed my daughter slept in were very loud and squeaked whenever she moved or turned over.

Showed up to a more expensive pay rate $270 was on my reservation for 2 nights . This is my 3rd weekend going and i always paid less than $100 dllrs a night but i was okay with $270 for 2 night then i show up to pay my reservation and the front desk charged me $175 for 1 night so i had to cancel my second night because i wasn't going to have enough for the 2 nights i had reserved before traveling from mexico . I reserved a 1 bed with microwave and fridge and she gave me a room with 2 beds no fridge and no microwave. No parking permit and 1 key to the room only . I always get 2 keys for a backup one or me and my spouse get one each. I very and am extremely disappointed! I was trying to make this my spot every weekend but now im not sure im very disappointed

All the linens were fresh and white white. The staff was very glad to help in whatever you I needed. Great coffee in the a.m. and a laundry room was very helpful.

The only thing I did not like was my room was on the sun side. Got sun all day til sundown. It was very warm. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. There were stores all around for whatever I needed and the freeways were right next to us but you couldn't hear a thing! Awesome!

Rooms have all u need when u stay that's great. Soda vending machine awesome cold variety of drinks and snacks. Denny's restaurant right outside hotel making it convenient for customers. Laundry facility large parking lot

Place extremely dirty outside and inside rooms all kinds of trash all over sidewalks and parking lot. No security service people physical fighting outside and slamming doors excessive screaming yellings gang members hanging in parking lot everyone smoking cigarettes all over around premises.. If y need one bed the office gives y two because no room available with one but if u wanna stay again next day then you have to keep same room or check out and can't check back in until after 3 on weather u pay ahead of time or not and y get charged same rate of two beds even if they know u don't need it.

Loved Shantal at reception....very friendly and helpful with a huge smile.

Carrying things upstairs is hard at my age.....could use a little lift or a dumbwaiter for goods up and down? Just a thought. And the beds weren't terrific....those metal box springs are far noisier than they have to be.....maybe lubricate them every now and then? Again, just a suggestion.

I liked the location. There is a Denny's next door and it takes EBT. It's open 24 hours . There's a green smoothie that's to die for. And the ice machine works.

My stay wasn't longer. The cable tv was a little confusing but I got it eventually.

That I had to walk to the office to get more towels because the night staff that was working was by herself and when I got to the room a towel was on the floor in the shower and it was wet

Everything was good. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. There were a lot of people checking in but she didn't get flustered she was very upbeat.

Perfect location and nice room. Good for a couple of nights. Gotta love the free parking! It was quiet and very close to convenience store for supplies. I would book again if I ever end up in the area.
