For our purposes (travelling to Yosemite via HWY 12), the location was perfect. The actual facility was spottless and very convenient with everything working exactly as expected. The building itself was very quiet which made the night's stay very restful. Blackout shades were effective and operated perfectly. The breakfast had good variety and the quality was as expected, just like everything else. Nothing luxurious or extravagant, but all very comfortable and convenient. Great value for the price.

The key card entry had been mentioned in other reviews as a positive, which it is from a security standpoint, but we arrived somewhat late and the lack of some way to request entry was inconvenient.

Convenient location, close to expressway offramp. Friendly staff. Rooms were super quiet & the beds were very comfortable. Light, bright rooms. Excellent black-out shades for nighttime. Newer property - building and area are in great shape with tons of free parking. Ample breakfast of american style foods.

Maybe time fore some annual maintenance. Coffee pot a bit confusing - especially early in the morning ;), alarm clock not working - but didn't need it. Floor cleaner should vacuum the elevators - not just the halls. However, having said this - a few maintenance items did not deter our enjoyment of the property at all. This is our second stay within the month. Will definitely return.

Clean and comfortable room amenities and air ventilation control easy to figure out. Fan was quiet enough to sleep. Breakfast was well stocked.

There is an issue with the water pressure on the fourth floor. So soft and low in volume. The bathroom door opens into the room which travels across the front of the sink so be careful standing there if someone opens the door.

Complete amenities - wifi, lots of parking, pool, gym, guest’ laundry; separate bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, lotion; ice, microwave, comfy bed, nice view, study table, smart tv, mini mart with microwaveable meals, drinks, etc. The complimentary breakfast is better than that of many hotels of the same category.

Very quiet location but acceptable due to a train station that can take you to San Francisco or Sacramento which to me is perfect. Would stay again absolutely

Could do with Another bench in the gym with private windows. Switch up the breakfast menu from time to time

Love the pillows, each marked firm or soft. While the beds are very lovely, they are a challenge to get in if you happen to be short, quite high. Breakfast was just fine.

Mentioned above, beds are pretty high for a short person, but quite comfortable.

Everything was great like usual but I guess there might have been communication gap.

Because I never had a problem at the place but at 10:00 a.m. fire alarms sorry going off I didn't know what was going on I was afraid I thought there was a fire and then the elevator for locked up I think they should have gave some notice before they did the drill that's the only thing

Great hotel. 15-20 min drive from six flags discovery Kingdom 👌👌. Very comfy and spacious room. 5 min drive to a grocery store or places to eat. In the back is a playground for kids 2 min walk at a little park and also a river to enjoy a little time outside and enjoy the view. Would stay again if I am in the area.

Hotel didn't have no negative just a train that passes in the morning but didn't bother us. Kids didn't realize there was a train until we went out to explore. Other than that nothing bad from our side.

Hotel was very nice & clean. We ended up over the carport so we had a horrible view out our window but other than that everything was great. Loved that they still offered a complimentary continental breakfast! Oh lastly the kids loved the pool although you can’t stay long since it kills your ears being indoors in a small area.

I really like the breakfast today they gave us a choice of sausage or bacon patties or links it was excellent

There was nothing really that I didn't like I never have any problems over there in susuin the Holiday inn Express is a place where you can relax and they really make you feel at home I've never had a bad experience over there.
