Breakfast was better than the first stay; more of a variety. Also, the ice machine was working so, able to add ice to our AM beverages.

Pet fee (especially for one night) was again, over the top. Had also anticipated that they would put us on the first floor (she is 15+ years old) and they did not; she had to learn how to use the elevator and that was kind of scary for her and I. Also, there was a transient person sleeping in a car in the parking lot; they woke up/surprised us when my pup had to go out around 0300 in the am. Saw the same person, parked in a different spot, later that morning. Felt awful but, did relate this to management as they need to know someone is taking advantage and maybe they can help them out/offer them a job or something. Maybe even a vacant room if they had one. They were receptive to my concerns and related they would investigate.

Convenient location for the interstate and Burlington mall. Off the road so not noisy, quiet neighbourhood, mostly businesses round and about. Huge room, clean and comfortable, comfortable bed. Good sized clean up to date bathroom Breakfast not fancy but plentiful and gets you started. Staff friendly and helpful.

A little noise through the ceiling from the suite upstairs but not intrusive. The small outdoor pool was closed due to end of season, this wasn't a problem but is not apparent on booking.com The multigym was missing some necessary clip on straps and grips

How's the front desk people was so helpful as I have a disability and they were also very understanding I want to take my warmest thank you for so much understanding because I'm just learning more of my disabilities so thank you to Jerome and the two front desk ladies I forgive me I don't remember your names but they were very sweet and understanding one had very curly and beautiful hair she was so helpful for me

No it's nothing I didn't like about this place

The place was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good and offered a good variety. We were surprised by the size and comfort of the sofa-bed. Everything was super clean and the staff was very welcoming.

Tv didn't have Smart Tv functions & it could've been nice to be able to cast from our devices. It would also be great to have a few more hooks to hang towels and such, especially in the bathroom as we were a group of 5 and only had like 3-4 hooks in the whole room. Otherwise everything was perfect.

My husband and I were there attending a funeral. I was put in charge by my family to make dinner reservations and stay within the vicinity of the funeral home and hotel. Your front desk staff was wonderful helping me to know distances and time frames so I could make the best decision. Sooooo helpful and my family was pleased with my choice! Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful!!

This hotel was very clean and the breakfast area was continually cleaned and stocked during breakfast hours. The room and bathroom was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the tv in the room was the perfect size.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Easy to access area needed. A Family member became I'll and was easily able to change my dates to arrive a day later and leave a day later without an issue.

The Hot tub was closed due to maintenance. Glad we were warned but would have looked for alternative accommodations if I knew before booking.. I could have changed after booking but didn't.

The two girls at the front desk (Nicol and Nicole) were super nice to us and helped us how to use the buttons on our rental car and talked with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for an amazing stay!

Loved the breakfast, loved that it was included in the price. bed was super comfy, warm. a little loud due to the people above us stomping until 2am but otherwise the whole hotel was great.

the people above us . thats the only thing we didn't like. they were very loud and stomping.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Despite being placed in a room that didn't match the reservation and wouldn't accommodate our family, the hotel staff resolved the issue and made sure we each had a place to sleep, at no additional charge.
