I thought the breakfast needed eggs and some other choices like maybe biscuits and gravy and bacon. I did like the fresh fruit option.

The breakfast options. The elevators were in need of something they were jumpy and felt a little nervous riding them. There were a lot of kids running in the hall but they were in early so it wasn’t a big deal. It’s a great place for kids and we loved that once we got there we didn’t need to leave our hotel. Everything we needed was right there and the kids loved the water park! It was a great way to spend the afternoon.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility including our room were.

I was disappointed by the breakfast choices. As a person who prefers healthy food the options weren't really there. Scrambled eggs as a protein option would be a good option, rather than eggs inside a hash brown. Small containers of yogurt just don't sustain your body.

Breakfasts were great, the rooms spacious with comfortable beds. The fact that the waterpark was so close was a win.

I wish they stipulated in the description that the waterpark was actually not part of the hotel but that you would need to pay extra to use it.

Breakfast was great and plentiful. The Water Park was amazing! The hotel was always clean and tidy. When we had a problem with our bathroom door, staff were prompt and polite.

very friendly helpful front desk staff. Love convenience of walking down the hall to swim with grandkids at the Reef.

It was very loud in halls and room above us way after 10pm. Not much you can probably do about that but it did interfere with sleep,

I love this hotel. It is my hotel of choice when I’m in Billings. It’s my second stay.

Hurry with the construction. It’s distracting.

I liked that there was access to the water park without going outside in the cold. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant when assisting us.

The casino wasn't open long enough for us to go inside. The time it was open was for less than an hour and we were there for 3 days.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Hotel was very nice. The receptionist was super helpful. Blankets could have been a little thicker and the AC decided it only knew how to operate at sub-arctic temperatures or saharan desert.

Elevator made scary noises. Left me scared that it was going to fail. The elevator on the right started to shimmy and make some loud noises when we went down to the main floor on one of the days.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Waterpark area was very entertaining as well as the arcade. Parking lot was easily accessible and very spacious.

The pillows were half the size of a normal pillow.

Staff was wonderful. Hotel was beautiful. Easy drive to so many things.
