Well I can tell you that the gentleman named Ralph who helped us another front desk was AMAZING! He helped me sign up for the Wyndham rewards program and even switched our room with zero push back or hard time at all when I told him that our air conditioner wasn't working " UP TO STANDARDS". Ralph really made us feel very welcome and exhibited true hospitality. Thanks so much Ralph!

The upkeep of the rooms left a bit to be desired. But other than that it was fine.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Plenty of available parking on-site. Multiple accommodations. Restaurant on the same property. Location was very accessible.

The property itself wasn’t very inviting, check-in wasn’t attached to the rooms, and their free breakfast was almost non-existent.

The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work I believe it was a problem with the outlet because I usually bring my own hairdryer and I plug that in and that did not work either I had to use the plug behind the refrigerator. Also Shower should have some anti-slip strips on the floor of it.

The hotel has a great location, Ubers nearby, there’s closer convenience stores close and there’s a Colombian restaurant in front of the hotel which was very nice. The room also was very clean and quiet.

Always stay here when I come to nj. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The motel is always so clean and the bed linens are Clorox fresh. I love that. The location is perfect for visiting my sister and doing shopping

Front desk staff was exceptionally hospitable. I am a restaurant general manager and I know hospitality when it is exhibited. This was not just a smile for the sake of smiling. This was genuine concern for my comfort.

Value

I like the fact that I was able to get a room quickly and animals were allowed to come in with a slight charge. The room was comfortable and the location is great.

I didn’t like that there are no way to protect us from the bad weather to get into our rooms. And no emergency price in place on bad weather in area. Like frigid Sub zero temperature. Instead of 110 dollars why it could not be 90 dollars on the weekend.

from the welcome at the reception, to check out, everything is fantastic. The lovely restaurant that serves awesome food on the same premises is a major plus. I always come back to a clean room after each day of hectic training

Honestly, I don’t have any complaints

This motel I stay in every time I go see my sister. Very clean. Workers are very nice. Front office very nice people and most helpful.
