Location was great. This location serves coffee and tea in the morning. There are 3-4 restaurants that serve breakfast that are within 3 miles. There are 15-20 restaurants within 5 miles.The mattress on the bed was very comfortable. Reception on TV was great, with good selection of channels.Wifi is available.

There was one wooden chair per room to sit on.

There was coffee every morning and a nice chat with the front desk girl.

it was a nice property there was nothing i did not like, they were all nice and accomodating.

Could use a weatherstripping around the door, quite the gap kept letting the wind and snow blow in. Also the heating unit has a gap and blows cold air as well. Took awhile to warm the room but once done everything was fine

The rooms were upgraded in this older hotel and for what they were, they were well done. Being a motel 6 I didn't expect it to be as good as some others But it wasn't bad. The main reason we stayed here is because it's near Highmark stadium to go to a Bill's game so It's location was perfect.

The mattress wasn't that thick and wasn't that comfortable. The hotel itself is very outdated the building is probably from the '70s. Think old time motel.. As I mentioned it's been updated and for what it is it's not bad but it probably should just be rebuilt.

It was easy to find, the girl at the desk was pleasant. It was fine for what we needed, just a place to sleep and get ready in the morning. We weren't looking for fancy amenities. I LOVED that it was pet friendly. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. It wasn't far from stores and restaurants. My youngest son wanted to live there and the one who was hesitant about staying at a Motel 6, now said that he wouldn't mind staying at one again. All that said we were happy staying at the Motel 6 in Hamburg, NY.

The only thing that we would have liked was a small refrigerator to put leftovers in.

The counter people were super helpful. Michelle is such a sweetheart and the gentleman was very nice and both of them made sure our accommodations were exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

I like the staff, very friendly and I like the outside camera locations. I'm very excited to use the pool soon, it looks amazing!

I didn't like the weekly prices, they are a little bit high for me but it's a nice establishment.

Close to high mark stadium and all stores and restaurants

The snow plow company isn’t very good, quarter of the parking lot still had snow that should have been cleaned up for people to park

The location was excellent but what really made the difference with our stay was how quickly and and graciously the owner responded to any request. He was generous with his time and knowledge.

No rugs!!! That is a super bonus in my mind.

Towels were way too small. Also, the computers were down so we paid in cash and I have since lost the receipt. Unfortunately, that means I cannot file it on my expense report for compensation.
