The rooms were clean and the location was perfect because we were 9 min from the venue. Beds were good and enjoyed having a couch for a sitting area. The staff was relatively friendly and provided our small requests. However, there was a transient population that came to breakfast every morning during our stay. This was unsettling, especially when the staff or hotel desk did nothing to stop the unruly behavior for other guests.

Great-my room and bed. Clean room, hotel floor I was on was clean and quiet. The breakfast was ok.

Not so great-the sofa bed had no beddings in the room. I had to go to the front desk to ask the attendant for bedding. I got a fitted/flat sheet set and blanket but no pillows. The pillows weren't a problem since so many were on the bed. I also had to ask each night that the outside lighting be turned on.

It's a bit shabby.. scratched up, and smells like pot. But for what you get. A pool comfy bed decent shower. And a nice front desk attendant. It's not bad for the price. It was probably amazing at its prime. Just time and crowds turning it mediocre. Still would stay again.

All the staff was great!!! Even the housekeeping staff was great! Hot breakfast was good. The eating area was very clean and maintained. This hotel allows pets and it was a blessing we brought our dog. Surprisingly it did not smell like a barn at all!

Although everything was great if breakfast could be extended longer that would had been good. But breakfast still was great and there were plenty of options to select from.

Nothing from then but now that girl yall had working yesterday 8/12/24 is very rude n kept hanging up on me n yall ice machine don't works n the TV don't work yall need to fix it before yall lose customers

I liked the price that I paid. Easy access to everything we needed. Staff was really friendly and accommodating.

Pet fee was not listed and was required at arrival but they made it work. We were in a no smoking room but there were cigarette burns on the floor, no blankets on the bed. TV didn't work at first. Halls and elevator smelled of weed.

The beds were very comfortable & the AC unit worked well. The showers were a pleasant temperature. Good price for the room itself

The breakfast was not that great. No toaster was available for bagels & toast. The variety of bagels & toast were all plain. The eggs were soggy & the potatoes were undercooked. The staff also prevented us from taking our meals to our rooms. There were limited blankets on the beds as well. Could use another layer

I love it cause the people that work here are very nice and respectful they will help you out if they can I will recommend to others the best hotel experience I ever had

Coffee was all I saw for breakfast room was clean except for some gum and something white stuck to carpet Bed was delightful, very comfortable, Room was nice and spacious The walk-in shower was nice The price was great

Toilet was way too low. it was suitable for a 3 year old. The room was very cold . The temperature was set on 69 Couldn't use the bathroom and close the door room too small
