Location was nice. Room was very comfortable and roomy. Bed was very comfortable, slept very well.

Staff were not very friendly. Did not get my cookie. Hotel charged for every little thing (parking, bottled water, etc) unless you are a high status member.

Quick stay over with a late check-in. Really appreciated the restaurant staying open till late. Yes there are other food options in the area but that required a walk down a steep road. Food was nice. Breakfast was also nice. No car, so great to had it all in-house. Comfy beds and loved the pillows.

The food liked chicken wing and the room was very clean and no bad odor. The breakfast was great and I liked water melon, sweet and fresh. The service was great.

The foods at the meeting, they was old and not a tasty like last time. The asparagus looked weird, little tiny skinny, dark color and super dry.

The staff couldn’t have been better. Amazing personalities, friendly, helpful- every employee I interacted with is perfectly suited for the hospitality industry. I’m a corporate recruiter and I know first hand how difficult adequate staffing is right now- but this team nailed it- I wish I’d gotten everyone’s names so I could compliment them directly. I believe Claudia is who checked us in and was more than helpful with a handful of things I needed help with. The “fancier” a hotel is, the thinner the line can get between snooty and pretentious OR effortlessly accommodating. Overall, my experience with your people was better then the sleep I had (which was a pretty good sleep).

The hotel restaurant was disappointing. I paid an additional $30 for my daughter and I to eat the standard buffet style bland eggs, ‘Texas potatoes’, fresh fruit, yogurt, and an array of pastry - all things that most hotels offer as a continental FREE breakfast. Had I been able to order from a menu and given the option to have a seated full service meal, charging $17 per person might be reasonable. At $30, we could have gotten drive through and paid much less.

This is a great location to be able to experience nature and relax while being close to Atlanta and what it offers. There are plenty of services and shops nearby, but it is surrounded by trees. The staff was great and the layout of the lobby, the rooms are phenomenal for being able to be social or relax solo.

There was no shampoo in my room and I had to go through a bit to get a bottle, but that was a staff member problem.
