The staff customer service is A+. Also, the location is only 6 mins away from the Island.

The restaurant advertised was not open, which is why I chose this property. Only breakfast was available in that area for the charge of $10. Cleaning is only available upon request. My room had an odd smell to it and I realized it was the sheets. The next morning they were not changed nor clean towels provided as requested.

The whole hotel was clean and the rooms didn't have carpets which was nice.

Cleaning is done once every three days if no request is made, but they said they would do it if requested. I requested it on the second day, but they ended up cleaning on the third day at 6pm. I think it would be good to do simple things like changing towels and emptying the trash can every day.

Beautifully Decorated, sleek, modern and very clean. The friendly and accommodating staff were fantastic! I will stay again and highly recommend!

If I had to choose something it would be the Entrance coming off Teaster from the opposite side is a bit tricky, with a very sharp turn to enter u less you want to turn around and circle back.

The location, how clean everything was and how new the property seemed.

The only negative was a maintenance man came to the room and woke us up one morning about a repair that wasn’t meant for our room. Even if it was, those things should be done between guest.

Location was perfect, away from traffic noise, but close to everything else. Hotel was new and very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful.

T.V. was too dark and the settings button on remote would not work. Asked for help at front desk but it still did not work.

A menu and times of the restaurant and bar was open would be nice to be posted in your room instead of on the elevator.

The place is beautiful, the staff is great and polite at all times, check-in is so easy as they speak Spanish, very clean, the location is perfect, I recommend this place if you come with children.

Very clean and well kept. Staff were nice. Offered breakfast if you wanted it 9.99$ an adult. Has a nice pool area and very convenient location!

The bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t completely shut. There’s a small gap between the wall and the door…otherwise my stay was amazing!
