Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although there were parts of the inn that were dated our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than I had expected and the Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby (that also made hot water for tea) was great. The location could not be beat for accessing North Conway and if you want to avoid the traffic you can get on the North South Road that bypasses the town. Our well behaved dog was welcomed by the staff. Fitness room was good. Did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean. I liked being able to walk to Settler's Green and the Hannaford next door.

Some of the areas of the inn need some TLC but all in all we were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews. We were there for three nights and were very comfortable. We will go back.

Breakfast was ok— but for Free—was Great. Clean area.. Rooms large and roomy.. was Great surprise… Loved the couch in the room.. Huge King size bed and super comfy… Bathrooms very clean.. AC was cool .. which wasn’t the case in last two places we stayed this year.. so very glad for that..

Dam key to room wasn’t working very well.. had to replace like 3 times… No biggie.. was quick fix and staff super nice… Maintenance guy let us in once and cleaning lady let us in once so good timing..

The room was bright and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfy. The building I stayed in was quiet. I didn't go to the pool/hot tub or continental breakfast. Staff at the front desk were friendly at check-in and check out. There was plenty of parking. Hannaford is right across the side street from the hotel and is open until 10 pm. There's a great pizza place down the street about 7 minutes away. It's a quick walk to restaurants and Settlers Green.

No negatives I can think of.

I've done a spring ski bail-out during my wife's tax prep. season to No. Conway for years, usually staying happily at Green Granite and was surprised by some neg. reviews I'd seen prior to this trip and was really glad to find the same competently run place I've known for almost a decade now. Everything was fine, room was clean and ready, breakfast was still good quality, staff are both local and North Country nice by nature, and while not a 5 star lux hotel I'd give it a 4.8 on overall value and comfort level. I was even asked how my stay was at check-out with a fresh Starbucks in hand leaving.

There could have been a little more ski terrain open on Easter but THAT'S another whole review, ok...

The location was perfect.The area of the hotel we stayed in was the older area but was a good nights sleep.The breakfast was great for the value I was pleasantly surprised.I saw previous bad views and was hesitant about going but was pleasantly surprised and it turned out to be a good experience.

We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked like it needed alittle extra TLC .The room could use some re-decorating and updates but the one night we stayed it was fine.

The property offered everything I needed, it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t take advantage of the outdoor pool but it was nice and well maintained. There was a large playground and several picnic tables and charcoal grills available as well. I saw lots of happy families enjoying the facilities - facilities that chain hotels that are much more expensive don’t offer. Green Granite in is a great value and I’d stay here again without a second thought!

The laundry facility seemed to need some work as the washer didn’t drain well. Still it worked and I had clean clothes in the end.

It was in a great location. The decor in the lobby was beautiful it had a indoor/outdoor pool. Breakfast in the morning we didn't get it but they offer it. The room was big completely spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. Staff friendly. Really overall great place to stay!

There is no trash in the bathroom (which is my personal preference) and we had a back parking lot view for the balcony which is fine we love balconies in general but, there is some type of complex or housing development back there so alot of people traffic through there that seem a little sketchy (ex.fighting loudly, blasting music, had shopping carriages filled with there belongings and screaming to other people from the parking lot) even with that overall we would stay again.

The indoor pool and the exercise room was the big plus for us. They have a Hot Tub but it was a small one and there was always 3 people in it when we went. It's not a heated pool so I would suggest keeping all the doors and windows closed to keep the water warmer.

The cable seem to be a low budget system with a horrible and hard to understand T.V. guide. Example when you see a cable system that has like 10.1 ,10.2,10.3 and so on they are never good. The BIGGEST DOWNFALL was no Room Service because they said we were staying 3 nights I don't know what that had to do with it no Explanation was given. Due to no Room Service you have to make your own bed that wasn't bad but the Towels you have to leave the used ones outside your door and go to the office and get new ones yourself

Easy to find, right in the heart of North Conway.

I mistakenly got a double bed room and was told that I couldn't get another room with a Single Queen or King despite there being plenty of open rooms from an Older Women. Fortunately, a younger guy who also overheard the conversation, allowed me to change later. This isn't a huge issue, especially seeing how the younger guy was extremally nice and apologized for the older woman. So, he made up for it,...he should be accommodated for his great work ethic and customer service! I'm sorry that I didn't get his name but he is very GOOD!

We liked the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, except that it only had one chair so we moved in one of the casual chairs from outside. In addition the toilet proved a problem but was quickly fixed by the hotel maintenance staff. The breakfast room staff, Bobby, went out of her way to help as I am diabetic and the breakfast exceeded our expectations as did the size of the breakfast room. It's location, close to the shopping outlets, restaurants and pharmacies were ideal.

Apart from the toilet problem which was quickly resolved, the place, facilities, location, price and staff, was excellent.
