I needed a room to spend the night. They have an airport shuttle, which is so convenient. Beds were really comfortable.

There's a specific place where you have to take the shuttle. I arrived late night and the Air train that takes you to that specific place was closed. There isn't any other way to get there, which I think is ridiculous. Although they made their shuttle pick me up somewhere else within the airport, they should definitely plan in advance if the Air Train is closed. I didn't have a good time trying to figure out how to get to the hotel.

I was most impressed with the restaurant in the lobby. Exceptional food, well prepared. And wonderful service. I'd go back just for dinner! I was sorry it wasn't open for breakfast at the time I left in the morning, but I left at 5AM!

I really can't think of anything. All in all I was a very pleasant stay.

The location, the view from my room, the overall cleaneness and quality of the hotel. And shuttle is perfect.

Cafe wasn't available or open all times. Physical cards stopped working when I activated the digital one. The parking fees and accessibility.

Next to Newark airport as hotel provides shuttle from airport to hotel even my arrival was late midnight ,, it was convenient.

No porter (bell man) was available to help taking luggage to rooms during check inn and check out. Breakfast is limited varieties and bread is not fresh.

It's very costly to eat breakfast, and we should have free breakfast for the cost of the hotel rooms. If u stay more than 2 nights, they shouldn't change you 50.00 a night for damages. People might stay longer.

Initially I was a little upset that we had to wait an extra day to get home to Florida from our vacation in Paris. In the end it turned to be a blessing! The beds were wonderfully comfortable as well as the pillows and the quiet coolness of the room. We were able to move our exhausted selves onto the bus provided by the hotel then just crawl in a comfy bed and get over jetlag. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Newark Airport.

The Breakfast was confusing...Booking.com said it was included when we booked this hotel, We asked at the hotel to double check before we sat down to breakfast. The waitress checked at the front desk and said we had a $50 voucher for breakfast....but in the end we got an extra charge for breakfast from the hotel after we arrived home!!! This would keep me from booking this hotel again!!! Bookings.com, please figure this out!!!!

Staff and Location (near the airport) and shuttle (very efficient) / the restaurant was also good and the room was clean and spacious.

Room service was not available during the day, this was not very good. The location is appropriate for someone with flights cancelled and layovers, but it's not a pretty place.

There was construction underway so corridors and elevators were not in a finished condition. Once in room, all was good.

Right next to EWR, free shuttle picked me up even at 2:00am which is great. Kevin at check in was very nice

It was close to Airport and the staff very helpful. The hotel is always very clean and pleasant atmosphere. You never have to wait long for the shuttle bus and driver very helpful.
