I got to the hotel with my son our situation left us stranded, hot, and frustrated. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Eddie. He was absolutely fantastic.. went over and beyond what was needed. We got there a little early and he let me know he wasn't sure a room was ready but he'd check . He left the front to go ask. What he didn't know is I over heard him ask the housekeeping to please make sure to get a room ready for us .. by the time I was done checking in my room was ready and the AC was already on.. later he actually walked us to the pool and the ice/vending machines didn't just point or direct but showed us . He made us feel very welcome and I was grateful for it .

Nothing . Everything was perfect

We have stayed at 20+ motel 6 all over the country and this has by far been the best. Location is safe with a big parking lot. The room has natural light and is very clean and so is the bathroom. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The room/bathroom was well cleaned and NO smell. You can tell housekeeping does a good job. Besides that the housekeeping was very friendly and you do get daily housekeeping. The A/C isn’t loud like many other budget motels. Also this motel did not seem like a motel more like a hotel. We used the microwave in the reception where Kayla was so helpful and sweet. In general all of the staff in the reception and the manager who we talked to was so nice. We were on the second floor and there was an elevator for use which is se pleasant compared to most motels having only stairs. Also one thing to notice was the towels and bed sheets. Most motels 6 we have stayed on has thin towels with holes and stains. The towels were thick and clean and so was the sheets.

Unfortunately the room doesn’t have a fridge or microwave (you can use the one in the reception). We did know this beforehand! But for the price paid you can’t complain.

I like that the motel is out the way and not within the city. It's quiet and they keep it clean and the staff is very helpful. The fact that they don't charge a deposit helps also, why would I want to spend money that I don't have. On top of that, wait 2 weeks to get it back when I know I will need it before then. Thank you for being so convenient. This has been my go to motel since I have been in Tucson, it's just comfortable.

Not that I didn't like anything but, I thought there were stove tops in the Studio 6 rooms but I didn't see one. Just glad I seen the room before I bought things to cook lol.

The price was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This has been the best motel we've stayed in ..... weve travelled a lot... and on this trip we've stayed in 6 altogether. When we arrived they let us check in early.... and I'm sure they upgraded us for free too as I'd only booked the basic room for 3 nights ... but it was beautiful with fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. .. the room was spotless and the pool/ and pool area was absolutely beautiful. We were sad to leave and if we come back to Tucson will definitely be coming back here. Handy for places to eat , we really loved the Mexican city restaurant just a 5 minute walk from here.... and handy for groceries etc too. Special shout out to John Bush/ General manager.... Barbara / head housekeeper and Bernie / maintenance/ pool maintenance who went above and beyond to make our stay as fantastic as it was. Back to the uk today..... so will miss this place and the sunshine. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone without any reservation.

There's nothing not to like.

Absolutely everything. I travel a lot and this property is the only one I stay at when in Tucson. The staff is friendly and always there to help. Never had a problem staying here. As well as the location! Right off the freeway yet never loud, there’s a gas station across the street, and close to the town!

The one and ONLY problem I’ve ever had here was fixed instantly but the staff. My hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. I spoke to a staff member and she was on it! Never smelt like that again!

The last few years have found my two schnauzers and me in many Motel 6's in many locations. This is my absolute favorite. Room and bathroom were imaculately clean. The air unit appeared to be new and worked great. There was an elevator close to the room as well as to a key secured outside entrance to the ample parking. Dog walking was great on property and , since the location is across the street from a residential neighborhood, lots more room to ramble with my pups. It is also as quiet as any motel could be. Best of all, I was greeted by Hanna who remembered me from previous stays that were at least a year ago. Very welcoming!

This particular mattress was probably due to be replaced...just a little lumpy.

Like that it's quiet and not and to be honest, that there are not a lot of homeless people just wandering around. No annoying nosey people, decent selection of rooms and clean. They also give you a call when your food or grocery delivery is up front (though I don't know why the deliverer doesn't call you themselves. That's the weird part). It is a relaxing place as it is supposed to be.

Very nice, very good price for a night. Was a simple enough room, but outlets all worked, no bedbugs or anything like that, room was clean. Pool was nice, and staff were pretty cool.

Slight odor of marijuana in the hallway and kinda dingy elevator. I’m assuming because of the low price and the fact that it’s right of the interstate, all types of shady people hanging out outside at nighttime, but they left us alone.

The staff were happy an helpful. The room is very clean,comfortable an cool. The facilities are clean an security is tight. Didn't have to worry about our van. The price is good if you do it on line. Someone is always at the desk when you need them. An there knowledgeable about what's in the area when you ask where buissness are at. Very helpful. An no hidden security deposit after you pay for your room. Nice,honest company. Thx

The pool was locked down for cleaning I guess,didn't see anyone cleaning it.
