Friendly and helpful staff and the hotel/room was clean.

They should work on removing guest that do not have a reservation. We were approached by a gentleman who asked if he could use our cell phone to make a call and my husband said "No". Moments later I went and found the gentleman and let him use my phone via speaker (I held the phone). Once his call was done I returned to my room, but a few minutes later he knocked on the door and asked if we knew where he could get some "coke" and I stated "No". As I mentioned before, the staff, hotel and our room was nice, but they need to monitor and keep control of the guest/visitors they have just walking around on the premises.

The quietness and the cleanliness of the room was great. The appliances all worked and the whole booking was pocket friendly. No bugs in the room of any kind. Was also a big deal.

Well the outside location needs to be remodeled for sure. It kinda looked at first appearance as a older facility with not much of a promising atmosphere or upkeep. Tho it did surprise me much when I walked in. But the bedsheets are long due to be replaced tho. The room needs Fresh new sheets. Should be put in all the rooms. Tho they may have been washed I would assume.as far as I could tell they were clean on the most part. There was some that was questionable and that could be because of over excessive use over a time period stains permanently stay. But other than those small minor issues that can be easily fixed the stay was pretty decent.

It started with the check-in. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She had a recommendation to restaurant that was delicious. The room air conditioner was the absolute best we have every had. It was a hot day and evening but the air unit was able to keep up. The bed was so comfortable. Best sleep we had while traveling. We had stayed two nights at other places which were not even comparable to yours. The hairdryer in the room was also the best. Right amount of power. If you are looking for a great place to stay, Super 8 by Wyndham in O'Fallon, IL is the best.

The breakfast was ok. It could have had a better selection. There were waffles, bagels, cereal, "eggs", apples, oatmeal. We didn't see any bread to make toast.

Everything was easy here. I enjoyed my overnight stay. Everything in the room was fine and operational.

At 3pm there were several of us who couldn't check in because there computer was taking a break. LOL It only lasted about 20 minutes. No big deal. The room had everything except a coffee maker. Glad I brought some instant coffee with me. I've found that a number of 2 and 3 star hotels no longer have coffee makers due to theft. It's a shame what some people will do.

Rooms were big, with bedroom separated by a door from the sitting room with tv. Great situation if you have kids or other guests sharing the room, no carpet, would be great for pets too. Price was good. A welcoming experience with fruit infused water at check in counter. Nice after a long drive.

Soft surfaces need some cleaning, such as sofa and towels need replaced or cleaned with bleach please. But it wasn't a deal breaker.

Perfect Location and Quiet. Near a major highway that was connected to everything. Loved the atmosphere. Friendly people. The guy that checked me in was so very polite and helpful.

The wifi signal wasn't strong enough for my labtop. No elevator for 2nd floor guests and ice machine is only on the 1st floor.

Well this is ⭐️⭐️ stars hotel but let me be honest it is way better. 1-clean rooms 2-excellent prices 3-the stuff at front desk is super Nice And you have on this hotel Pool room fitness room are not in the best condition but are ok the fitness room is large comes with a big Plasma TV. Break fast is included in the morning so This is a good place to stay I recommend.

Friendly staff. Very quiet location, with easy access to nearby towns. Breakfast had the variety of waffle maker, bagels, muffins, Cereal, and microwave breakfast sandwiches. Also yogurt, apples, Coffee, juice and milk. Nice pool, we had it to ourselves all weekend.

Had to ask for trash to be removed after 3 days. Beds never made.

I didn’t eat any breakfast during my stay. The location was quiet, peacefully and not too far away from shopping districts which was nice.

I didn’t have any qualms or problems with anything. My stay was wonderful and I would stay here again.

The room was fantastic and would love to have it again!

The outlets are not the best. Trying to charge your phone is a nightmare. TV was impossible because we could not get it to come on which seems to be the normal at this hotel.
