On March 29 at around 6pm, I arrived at the hotel and Jessie greeted me and checked me in. I requested a quiet room preferably at the end of the hall and on top floor if available. Jessie took the time to look at the floor plans and room availability to find me the quietest room away from the elevator. I traveled frequently in my career and found Jessie is extraordinary in his professionalism. I was very pleased with his care and concern that my request be met if possible. Jessie is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. I want management to know he is a stellar employee and perfect in his position at the front desk.

This is a nice hotel, garden and fountain out back, location is perfect for Provo. Very nice amenities, WiFi excellent. Does NOT have the feeling of an economical hotel, feels much nicer than a 2 star hotel. Really nice stay!!!!

Not alot, it is just starting to show signs of wear, they will need to renovate in a few years but right now everything is just very well maintained

Everything about this facility not only met my expectations but exceeded. We came into Provo late without any accomodations other than a reserved room. With treatments for cancer the next day we kept our Fingers crossed that there would be no problems after arrival. SUCCESS!! The employees were so nice. Our room was clean and cozy. The pool refreshed and entertained the whole family. Last definitely not least, was the breakfast tho~ it was Seriously Phenomenal.. thank you so very much for the best motel experience I've had in the last 3 years.

Everything was AMAZING

Great location near BYU. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast good each day. Staff very helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable.

Check in was a zoo. It was graduation weekend and everyone coming at same time. Could have started checking in individuals earlier even if rooms were not ready, just to ease the congestion at 2pm. But instead, they made us all wait until 2pm regardless. I've travelled a lot and not had this experience before--even if arriving early, staff have allowed us to complete check-in and come back later for keys when rooms were ready.

It was the basic breakfast, but I did appreciate the various coffee selections. Only frustrating thing that happened was our tv wouldn’t change channels so the front gal came to check it out but couldn’t fix it. She offered us a change of room but by that time we were unpacked and in our pj’s so we declined the offer. Because of the tv not working, they gave us a discount which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

My bed was comfy and the staff were helpful yet easy going.

There was dust all along the top of my bed...and probably in other areas. I didn't want to look too hard since there was so much dust in a completely obvious place to clean. It made me wonder what other parts they were missing during cleaning. Having to ask for housekeeping...not so cool...

It had potential and the location was good, but the execution was poor.

It missed on a number of things. Bathroom toilet seat half off, loud fan and bathroom door would not close. Breakfast oatmeal not cooked and not hot. Bad selection of bagels. Coffee machine made poor coffee. Excited about the coffee machine when we saw it, we love them in Europe. But this one produced poor drinks and we tried several. They added 50 dollar deposit just because when we checked in. I did get the $50 back, several days later on my credit card, but that meant I needed to keep looking it up. I was very unhappy about this charge. We travel a lot and I never recall a charge like this.

I liked the breakfast, the ice water available in the reception area, helpful staff, good parking area, desk area, small fridge in room.

The small couch was nice to have in the room, but the cushion was not comfortable to sit on. It was kind of lumpy. The fan in the bathroom was loud and irritating to have on.. The room had good placement of lights, but the light at the desk and by the full length mirror were to dim to see well.

Great location, very decent breakfast with changing options each day.

Staff was largely invisible/not present, which made service high-mediocre at best. One elevator was out for our entire multi-day stay, and the other went out one evening as well. One of our family members with mobility issues struggled getting up to our room as a result.

Clean comfortable room with a great staff. Ended up being a nice break for us to recharge during our two-week trip. we stayed there one night but it was great

Breakfast staff should have been able to adapt and provide eggs without cheese for my wife in the morning. The person we spoke to didn't speak any English at all and didn't seem to really understand. Offered the only alternative as to boiled eggs that were sketchy at best.
