Palais Medina is one of the best hotels in Fes,The staff are friendly and the hotel is beautiful. I love the pool area and eating area with light purple 💜 was stunning and an excellent color choice. I've called the laundry service and left it at my door and left,wondering if my clothes will get washed as I left before it was collected with a little note When I returned at night it was all done placed in bags neatly on my bed - Thanks for the wonderful service - شكرا It is walking distance from the Mall and very convenient to get food or go shopping and the mall closes late so that's a plus. It is very safe and clean and that's the most important thing for all Travellers.

I rated it 9/10 This is because the bathroom needed something so the water goes down a little faster and there was a slight clean water leak. Small issues that I trust Palais Medina will sort out as part of general maintenance. The pool area is under revamp as well,so I'm sure the minor issues inside the rooms will be done with time I've notified the hotel and they were very helpful in trying to sort it out for me immediately. I do thank them for the hospitality.

It is a good distance from the Medina, close enough to get a cheap taxi but far enough away for some peace and quiet. The pool was lovely. Air conditioning and wifi in the bedroom was great.

Food and drink service can be slow at times. We ordered 2 drinks from room service, they called back once after 10 mins to check the order and then the drinks took another 10/15 minutes to get to the room. The hotel is slightly run down for the higher than normal price in this area - seats and tables in Moroccan restaurant were broken, no shampoo or toilet paper in bathroom, shower head didn’t work properly, no coffee in the room even though there was a Nespresso machine.

It's a big hotel. The room was quite big. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. The breakfast area is huge. There are a lot of items in the breakfast, but I did not have much that matched my choice. Visible lack of meat items. No fish. With a view of the hills and gardens, the view from the balcony and room was quite nice.

The staff, while polite, showed complete lack of empathy. Every staff member, especially the ones in the reception seemed either overworked or they detested management. The breakfast has many items but the selections simply don't go with the rest of the hotel. The location is in the newer parts of the city, near the King's Palace. You have to take a taxi/car to any place of interest. Oh, the main pool was under maintenance during my visit. Not that I needed it. There was another pool inside. The bathroom had everything. There were minor issues like the bath mixers had missing covers.

Mr Omar from the reception received us very well. It was a nice welcoming, and we felt immediately like we were home. The check-in was very fast, which was important because we had a 4 hour cat ride to arrive from Casablanca. Thank you Omar!🙏 The rooms are big and very clean. The swimming pool is wonderful and huge, sun all day over it. Our daughter had an amazing time during our stay. The location is perfect, next to the mall and close to the centre where you can have anything you need by foot.

I'm only giving a quite good rating because the manager was really nice and helpful when we had a problem with our car. Good service! The pool area is nice when it's warm enough (it wasn't in January). Breakfast has lots of options.

The rooms are not in good condition, especially the bathroom. The bar is not nice at all, basically a smoking bar and not inviting. The rest of the staff were also really not friendly, you always had a feeling you're bothering them just by existing. Location is right by a huge busy road construction sight so noisy and dusty as well.

The location is on the new town side, next to Carrefour shopping centre. After spent one night in a very small room at the old city, the hotel is much comfortable. The bed is wide and the room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. From the balcony you can overlook the old city.

The room (428) has very poor wifi connection. You have to be close to the door to use the Internet. The bathroom may need renovation. The restaurants are at lower floor and there is no lift.

After staying in different Riads for more than a week, we appreciated the traditional european comfort of the hotel. No, not 5*, but everything is in place and available. Probably in the warmer season, we could enjoy the yard, pool and spa and add some points. The location is very good, with big parking lot and a short walk to Medina. We didn't take breakfast, so there are no comments.

The interior is a bit worn-out, but it doesn't disturb you stay, really.

Lovely hotel, off season visit so pool was cold but immaculately maintained. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I also had a lovely spa experience, hamam and massage.

Biggest problem was getting to medina as no taxis available so over a half an hour walk each time. Hotel of this calibre should offer a shuttle bus or taxi service. We also felt the breakfast, restaurant and snack prices were far too high.

First, the hotel location is in the center of Fez, just few meters from Burj Fez mall. Secondly, the hotel reception staff are welcoming and very additive to gesut needs. Thanks to Miss Iman for everything. Furthermore, the room is spectacular on the pool. Finally, the house keeping staff are excellent team. Appreciate all hotel STAFF, and keep up the good work. I extended my stay in the hotel to extra 4 nights due to their Quality of services. Bravo 👏 Talal Alhawsawi
